A very friendly and helpful staff, a stable internet connection

My experience wasn't as good as it should have been. The Buddha temple was very loud right outside my window. The bathroom was filthy. The hallway elevator was also very noisy.

If you want to be really downtown and very very close to the night market the place is for you. It waa too busy for ua but still quiet enough at night of tou keep your window closed.
Toom was very clean when we checked in but no cleaning, change of towels or emtying of garbage can was done during our stay. After 3 days we requested new towels and garbage puck up.
Toilet paper was also rare, we had to ask eveyday for it.
Besides that owners were nice and polite.

Booked this hotel last minute during what felt like peak season on the island.

For this price, you can't really complain about a studio apartment. I brought my own disposable bedding set. As long as I could sleep, it was worth the money. However, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, though the water was good in the evening. I contacted the owner and waited over ten minutes in the bathroom, but still no hot water. If you like to shower at night and wash your hair in the morning, you'll need to adjust your routine. The owner is very nice and communicates well in Chinese. I recommend this place for solo travelers looking to save money. It's right next to the night market, with plenty of food options around, and there's also a direct airport bus nearby.

I transited in Phu Quoc and chose to stay at this guesthouse. As a solo female traveller, I felt that I made the right choice. Arriving around 5pm was perfect, as it gave me enough time to explore the night market, which is conveniently located just downstairs. King Kong Market is also just around the corner.
The guesthouse has a lift, which is a big plus if you’re travelling with large or heavy luggage. One small downside was noticing ants during my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this guesthouse.
