New Orient Hotel Danang in Da Nang

We are return guests for this hotel.
The location is easy to access to the city center. However, if your room is below the breakfast floor, you will hear some noise like chair moving in the morning and it will impact your sleep.

This is my second visit! The pool and bedrooms are all great. If I come back to Da Nang, I'll definitely stay here again. If you turn right when you leave the accommodation, there are local shops, and it's nice to walk around in the morning.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff at front desk Lucy was incredibly helpful and provided genuine hospitality, always attentive to our needs with warmth and professionalism. Every request was handled promptly and with a smile, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at New Orient Hotel Danang. The room was clean and cozy, staff were very helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. Will definitely come back!

We stayed here for two nights and it was absolutely worth it! Everyone at the New Orient was incredibly kind and welcoming.
The check-in was smooth and efficient. Our room was clean, just the TV did not work but we did not need it. The view of the pool was nice, and we especially enjoyed having a lovely balcony.
The real highlight of our stay was the service. Lucie took amazing care of us. She organized a transfer to Ba Na Hills within just 10 minutes and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. She genuinely wanted us to have a great trip. The driver was also very friendly, and the price for the transfer was very fair. It was much more convenient than negotiating with Grab drivers.
When we returned in the evening, the rooftop bar was quite busy, but the staff remained very professional. Drinks were served quickly and tasted great.
Breakfast was also very good with a nice selection.
The Area is really calm which is a nice thing because Da Nang can get really loud. 
Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. 10 out of 10. I will definitely book my next stay here again. Thanks to everyone!

Our stay in New Orient Hotel is unforgettable, not only the sincere smile but also the service provided by their staffs, especially the warm services by Rose. Everying is good except the noisy ring bell from the church nearby 4 am in the morning.

Will definitely come back to this hotel. I forgot my laptop at home and they are so kind to allow me to use their business computer for 8 hrs for my work. We loved the breakfast so much

We had an excellent stay...the hotel crew named Lucie is very proactive with her assistance and she's lovely... As well as My from the restaurant, Rose the supervisor,Mya the receptionist...they are very warm hearted...Lucas,Felix, Johnny are also nice people.
