Parze Ocean Hotel & Spa in Da Nang

Manager of the Hotel is nice but wouldn't recommend going here, the water pipes at the sink and bath kept bursting and, the maids didn't do a clean the beds properly as we had to dust off the sheets, it's important to bring money or any kind of valuables with you, especially lock up anything when you leave the room. My money was stolen that was left in my back pack on the last day staying there. Even when you think they haven't stolen anything the first days staying there, don't trust to leave bags hanging around. The maids even stole my sisters underwear. They stole my ring aswell. Asking the two maids that worked there, my uncle talked to them and they play the clueless game. I wanted to find them but couldn't as I had to leave. I left them notes saying how terrible it was to go through people's belongings. I had a bad feeling about the hotel but my mother insisted because of the size and kitchen but don't get fooled, you can't cook, there's no stove. The room smelled dusty. We asked for no one to come in and clean but the go in anyway. Wifi is very poor. The bath tub took to long to fill up, the water was only slightly warm sometimes but cold. Had to keep asking the receptionist to assist fixing the problems. Noisy area difficult to have peace and quiet. The toilet flush had to hold down which wasn't pleasant as the flush wouldn't work sometimes.

Just saying not worth going to. The boss doesn't do anything to help when you lose your valuables, just called them realising I lost something else and they tell us it's our fault after we didn't want any one to come in!

You're honestly lucky if this doesn't happen to you.
