Bed is hard as wood, pillow is too thin, toilet is flooding when shower
The staff is enthusiastic.
The hotel also has a massage spa, the massage staff are very comfortable and friendly.
The hot water and air conditioning work well.
However, the bathroom is not very clean
I saw a cigarette butt thrown in the sink
The hair that I washed fell next to the bathroom door and has not been washed away.
And especially the dog barking 3-4 times at night and early morning makes me lose sleep.
Only problem its room it was very packed and poor ventilation and bed was hard as rock
The staff have a poor sense of responsibility and cannot even speak the most basic English.
There are many bugs and musty smell in the room. The toilet is not equipped with an exhaust fan, there are many mosquitoes
