The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the price is affordable. Although the hotel isn't newly renovated, the rooms are decent. However, the soundproofing isn't very good.

The hotel is a bit old, but it is generally clean and comfortable overall. Breakfast was average with a decent selection.
However, the sound insulation could be improved as noises from the next door and outside can be heard quite clearly.

I think the location of this hotel is 10/10. The hotel is on the main beach and is surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants.

Great location nearby everything you need. Not the nicest staff but typical vietnamese service. Ocean view room is nice but window is small and doesn’t open fully. Breakfast is not the greatest but decent. Family room is spacious enough for 3adult and 1 children.

The hotel had a poor service with their maintenance, reception and maintenance almost made me miss my flight when checking out because they could not find 1 tablespoon around the room. This may have been misplaced when I brought coffee from breakfast. This is absolutely ridiculous. Service around reception was generally poor. Breakfast not so good either, either cold or dry

Great location, nice room with a sea view. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from.

Better than expected, actually. Didn't see any other Koreans, lol. It's mostly Indian and Chinese guests. The service and facilities were much better than I thought, and the room was clean. The elevators are fast, and there are four of them, so there's hardly any waiting. However, I doubt anyone will be satisfied with the breakfast~~~^^

The hotel is excellent for Vietnam. Yes, the SPA center is no longer open, but there is a swimming pool. Breakfasts are excellent: European, Vietnamese, Asian. Ja has kimchi for breakfast. The fried eggs on the counter are just superb!!! Room cleaning every day: they change towels and tea and coffee and water
