Great stay overall with a few drawbacks, but I would still consider staying again for the excellent location, clean rooms, amazing rooftop views and especially the incredible buffet.

The buffet breakfast was a standout, with a fantastic range of options and a great omelette station. Staff at the Level 16 and 17 restaurant were consistently friendly and attentive.

Check in was slightly disappointing. Although I arrived early, my room was still not ready at 2pm and I had to wait a few extra minutes. The front desk staff were apologetic, but it did take the edge off the arrival experience.
Soundproofing could be improved. I could hear neighbouring doors opening and closing, guests talking in the corridor, and housekeeping staff chatting in the mornings. Do not expect to sleep in past around 8am.

The room and bathroom were clean, which I appreciated. However, the bathroom layout felt outdated. The shower is positioned over a bathtub, and stepping out requires extra care due to the height difference with the floor. It does make me wonder whether bathtubs are still necessary in hotel rooms. A simple walk in shower with a proper door would feel more practical and safer and is closer to what many travellers now expect.

One thing to be aware of, the street behind the hotel is lined with spas, massage parlours and some restaurants. If you walk the full stretch, you be certain to be approached multiple times offering massages.

Best Hotel so far in Vietnam. Staff are friendly
We have very nice breakfast and afternoon tea at 2pm every day. They have different varieties of foods everyday for breakfast . The price of our room is 1.2 million VND for 2 double bed (we put it together) as you can see in my photo.

In the double room, only one side of the bed had a charging port at the headboard, which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was fine. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and there was afternoon tea by the pool, which was quite convenient for me.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us solve our problems. The breakfast was super rich and I ate a lot every day. The room was clean and I slept very comfortably. There is a seafood restaurant downstairs and many massage parlors nearby. I will definitely come back next time. It was a great accommodation experience.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were dingy. There was a missing bed side table. Towels were old. Bedding was minimal. It was literally a bed with mattress and 2 pillows and a blanket. We had to request for extra pillows. Room didn’t have any reading light which was a problem for us since our daughter sleeps early. The blow dryer was very old and didn’t work initially. The elevator and the corridors had a weird smell. Like something is burning. They also charge for drinking water. When we tried to reason that drinking water should not be charged, manager at the front desk told us to boil the tap water in the kettle and drink that. The breakfast was okay but seemed unhygienic. I found a hair in the guava platter which was disgusting. When asked to pack a few things for my daughter as we were going on a tour that day the restaurant staff were unwilling to do so stating that since all the guests in our group were eating in the restaurant, they will not pack another box. Eventually after explaining that it was for my daughter, they gave a To-Go box. The location is okay since it’s on the beach but a little far from the main area. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel if you are seeking 4 star luxury.

Location is great, but hot water is not up to standard, I was given a room in which you have to wait 10 minutes after first person had a shower for hot water to become hot again, my sister got stuck in the reception toilet for them not having a key to unlock from the outside, what if someone had a heart attack? This is totally unacceptable, I would not stay here next time
