Pavilion Hotel Da Nang in Da Nang

Very nice hotel, warm friendly staff (big thankyou to Miss Ellie and Miss Xuyen who were superb) and in a good location to attractions. Rooms clean, comfortable with good AC and serviced daily We walked to the Beach, Han Market, Love Pier, Son Tra Market and Golden Bridge from this hotel. Plenty of places to eat nearby too. Would recommend this hotel and certainly stay here if we came back to Da Nang.

We stayed for 3 nights. Mostly Korean people stayed there. ‘Coz of that buffet was more asian and korean. /which is good for asians/ Hotel location was very near to the beach. The view from the window was not perfect but it is okay. Our room window was seeing to the main road and we could see big Lady Buddha far away and also could see an ocean slightly. Room cleaning service was fine, room size is enough for couple or couple with one child. Hot water was gone sometimes, maybe during a day time. ‘Coz of many activities we had and lack of not much time, we couldn’t visit the pool 😢 Overall, it was okay to stay for those who not that much picky.

Overall everything was excellent,the location, service & cleanliness,the only thing was the bed needed to be upgraded the better ones because too soft & as well the sound proof.the breakfast was good but pls add some local dessert will be better

Location is slightly out from town area but still convenient for food, convenient shop, massage centre etc.
The hotel is clean, new, perfect airconditional,and breakfast is about my expectations with the price charged.

The location of hotel is great, hotel breakfast is excellent, hotel looks a bit old, overall cleanliness is good. Staff is friendly and speak reasonable English. I will stay again next time if I visit danang.

Staff
Staff are nice and friendly.
You can see smile on their face.
Everytime I make a call to front desk, they immediately send somebody to my room to provide assistance.

I would like to give a big thanks to Jenna, the receptionist supervisor. She is enthusiastic and helpful. She helps me a lot (answer my questions patiently, great restaurant recommendation, help me to order food delivery, assist me to freeze Chả lụa well in hotel).I really appreciate her work.

My Uncle and I stayed here for 5 nights. We have booked two Deluxe Twin Rooms. I got a free upgrade to family room on the first night, and the next day Jenna said only one person had a family room, the other one may feel sad. So she helps us to free upgrade to family room ^^

We asked Jenna if hotel offered some package to bana hill. She said yes and the hotel can provide a discount package(tickets+transportation(me and uncle only)+lunch buffet) so that we can go to banna hill the time we like.At the day we went to banna hill, we were surprised, because a luxury VIP car was waiting for us!!! Our car was free upgraded.The driver is polite and on time, pick us safely!

Location
just 15 mins by car from airport. Very near to My Khe beach (5 mins walk).

Rooftop
It is amazing, having a swimming pool.The view from rooftop is good, you can see the whole city at one side and the beach at other side.

Breakfast
Different variety of food here. All are fresh and taste good.

Housekeeping
Tidy, clean and fast, You just go out for 10 minutes and they finish everything. So efficient!

Will definitely come back again, and introduce this great hotel to my friends!

Stayed here with my family and had a fantastic experience. The staff’s friendliness and the hotel’s excellent location made our trip memorable. A wonderful place for family travel.
