I booked a room with a window. I specifically checked that the window was in the photo and description. However, I received a room without a window or fresh air.
The manager refused to change the room or provide any compensation.
The bed linen is dirty.
I also asked the manager not to disturb me (no cleaning during those 2 nights), but they still did it without my permission.
And also five minutes away from the beach.
Only two things to get noticed for the users are : the toilet paper is hung high, to take it out sitting ; the English should be spoken slowly
ps. The elevator is a little bit humid and mirrors me not pretty.
Very nice hotel overall, I appreciate it.
