Cordial Hotel in Da Nang

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the beach, and there are buses to the city center. The breakfast was plentiful. I had a very pleasant week-long stay. However, it rained every day during Da Nang's rainy season, which caused me to cancel my trip to Hoi An. When I had some communication difficulties, I asked the receptionist for help. I'm grateful to MY at the front desk for her excellent service; she helped me resolve the change in my travel plans. Next time I have the opportunity to visit Da Nang, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Cordial Hotel & Spa offers cozy rooms and a great location near the sea. For a panoramic view, choose a room with large windows. But the name is a bit misleading: the spa, gym, and breakfast are located in the adjacent hotel. The staff is friendly, and there are shops and cafes nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and clean every day

The waiters in this hotel are careless, but their service attitude is OK. The facilities are average. It is not a newly opened store, and it is more than 1 km away from the beach. However, you need to be careful about the charged items and pay more attention to the consumption details.

I want to stipulate right away that in essence this review will be more on the neighboring hotel, Grand Cordial. At this hotel I booked a 50 sqm apartment with a good view. Upon arrival was told that I was getting a room upgrade at the neighboring hotel. With some distrust I went there. In Vietnam I'm used to often being given a worse room than I booked. However, it turned out to be fine. Although the new room was noticeably smaller, 30 square meters, but it was also with a kitchenette, and was located on the last 20th floor with fabulous views and was in excellent condition. Two floors above on the rooftop is a lovely pool, and surprisingly uncrowded. Breakfast at the hotel is ok for Asia. A bit monotonous, but you won't go hungry.
My stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. However, the hotel management should pay attention to the cleaning of the lobby near the rooms, the carpeting is dirty and should be vacuumed once a day.

It was good value for money and the restaurants nearby were delicious.
