Had a pleasant stay at Golden Rose Hotel, Da Nang. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and food options. Overall, a good place to stay and great value for money. Would consider staying here again.

Me and my family booked 2 separate rooms in the same floor, however they moved one or the rooms to the third floor while the second one was in seventh.

There were several stores in front of the hotel. However, the view in the third floor was facing a brick wall.

The shower was spacious and good. No odd smell, I can tell the staff are very dedicated to cleaning the rooms.

The rooms aren't soundproof AT ALL. There was a man banging on a door in front of our room around 9pm and screaming.

Was thinking of giving it a 4 star review but the 2 guys at the reception in the third building were so nice I'd feel bad if I gave it anything less. They were so helpful going above and beyond, and I could tell they were making a proper effort to communicate English really clearly.

One of them had brownish hair swept down and there was another man who dark hair, completely forgot their names but they were both really nice.

Very disappointed as I booked a suite with 2 bedrooms like photos on website 5 months before and got nothing that I requested! They sold the suite probably 2 or 3 times more than what I booked it online months ago on Booking.com. They actually have two hotels same name next to each other! So we got just a standard basic room 2 double beds for 3 people staying 2 nights, they could not give us anything else as fully booked! The owner cancelled my booking on Booking.com so could not reviewed it. Water in the sink was not draining, no housekeeping service just towels and water, noise as construction work going next door.
The owner charged us 50% of the suite price for this basic bedroom plus transfer to airport.
We were really chocked as they don’t keep their word and do whatever they want to make cash under the table! Incourage guests to pay cash as well!

I highly recommend Golden Rose Hotel first of all for the quality-price ratio because in Da Nang I have not found such a good price anywhere. It is a hotel that is suitable for couples for unforgettable moments but also for families. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Da Nang International Airport and very close to the Seafront Promenade where the most beautiful beach bars and restaurants sought after by tourists are. The staff is very helpful and helps you with any information you need during your stay in Da Nang. There is a laundry service for laundry or clothes and the costs are very low; in 24 hours you have everything back ironed and fragrant. If you pass through Da Nang, do not hesitate to stay at Golden Rose Hotel!

The location of the hotel is excellent, there are many cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, small shops nearby, close to the beach. The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are changed, although there are only 2 towels for the shower, but none for hands and face 🤷‍♀️ Relatively quiet. good place for the price and quality. solid 4.

I was informed the first morning that there was no breakfast, the chef is sick for a month. They said they would refund me when I leave. There were no coffee making facilities in the room.
I told them I would give them a bad review. So, they told Booking.com that I never turned up. I sent Booking.com photographs of the room and lobby so the hotel said I did turn up but did not use their services!!!!

DISAPPOINT, i booked on booking.com - Premium Double Room With Sea View including breakfast. When i go inside the room i saw just building (city view) and i ask the receptionist may be they give me a wrong room but NOT - that room is Sea View, moreover they can not provide breakfast and offer to give money back 50,000d/person, So i would like to cancelled, do you know? they have charged 500,000d oh my god, finally i paid 300,000d for cancelled to take my passport back!!

The room is a bit dirty and smell even though the decoration seems to be nice. Does not have a parking area. The price is affordable
