I didn’t see any hotel staff except receptionist. But she helped me to carry my baggages. The elevator was not working properly to go down. When we opened room with key card second time , the door couldn’t open but the receptionist opened via key. It would be nice if hotel upgrades amenities and renovations.

The internet is fast (a rarity in Da Nang)! Is housekeeping by request? There's a 'do not disturb' hanger, but it didn't seem to work. Fridge, hangers, hot water, air conditioning, kettle – all perfect.

Nothing special, but it was sufficient for two nights.

Staying at this hotel was uncomfortable. The rooms were outdated, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows were very cheap and uncomfortable. The bed linen was not changed for 8 days. The hotel staff, who cleaned the rooms next door, constantly woke us up at 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The worst part of the hotel was the Wi-Fi. It was impossible to work. The hotel saved money on everything, including the comfort of its guests.

The room hygiene was terrible, there was a strange smell inside, and it was too noisy in the morning, so I couldn't get a good rest.

The hotel is nice and cheap. Internet is fast. Location is good. The staff is friendly. But there are some negative moments:
- my room had a black mold on the celling. They didn’t have other available rooms to change. Cmon! Even if this is a 3-star (looks like 2) hotel to have a black mold in rooms is not good! Its unhealthy for your customers!
- the cleaning is quite bad. Sometimes they didn’t take out a full trash can.
I hope the hotel will solve these problems.

Excellent value for the money. Clean, comfy bed, good shower, great location, and a wonderful staff. Will stay again!

Too much noise we are 3 days cannot sleep because must of customer open a door and children's play and shut all times at the night until 2pm and morning also , a towel not clinig after use taken money more from us really to much pad.
