Location: 4 km from da Nang international airport, 2 km from downtown da Nang, 25 km from Hoi an town.

Consists of one building.

Only 68 rooms.

Beach: public sandy beach is 220 metres away, third coastline across the road. Sunbeds and umbrellas - for a fee.

Excellent value for money! The check in and check out were super smooth, the receptionist was speaking perfect English.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a hair dryer and refrigerator. We were on 8th floor and it was very quiet.

The rooftop offers nice view over the city and the sea. There is a small gym there too.

Staff were friendly. Good location to beach and plenty of local restaurants.
Room was average, but clean.
Very basic gym did the job. Small but nice pool with a great view.

Rooms are dirty and smelly. The towels all had numerous stains as did the bed sheets. The service was hit or miss. The rooftop pool was okay but the gym was not great. Location is good as you are steps from the beach. Crazy that this hotel is ranked as a 4 star (I’ve staying in far nicer 2 star hotels). Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for something nicer. Fine for a budget stay for a night or two.

This was a last minute booking as i found out when I landed in Da Nang that my booked hotel changed my dates on their own.

Price was very reasonable, ni e big room, comfy, nice e big hot shower as it was cold during this period.

They have a nice little rooftop pool.

We stayed here for a week waiting for the central floods to subside and couldn't recommend it more. The staff are wonderful - the girls on the front desk are always smiling and happy to help and we always ended up chatting to the security guards who looked after the bikes! Underground parking which is great if you have a bike, great value, close to the beach and restaurants, comfortable beds, modern rooms - the cleaners always did an excellent job.
Cannot fault it and we will be back 😁

Although the room is a bit small, but it's clean. Good staff and service, good position to go to My Khe Beach (2 minutes only). There are many sea food restaurants next to Hung Anh hotel.

The hotel is big, but my room was small. It had small windows and a quite modern bathroom. The room wasn't clean when we arrived and the bathroom always had an water issue. The service tried to fix it but the problem just came back .. the included breakfast is very bad. I was disappointed. But the most important thing: the service wasn't always friendly ...
The good thing is: you can reach the beach by crossing the street!
For a stay it's okay, the prices are little bit too high comparing to the service!

Room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. We had a king room and hoped for a lovely view, but there was a big construction site across the road with rubble and litter which was a bit of an eyesore but past this there was a view of the beach and surrounds. Quite close to the beach but not too much else around.

The room was clean and spacious. However, I noticed that the shower was leaking some water. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Their WiFi wasn't working when I first arrived, so I told them, and they were able to fix it right away.

Pros
Its location is very closed to the My Khe Beach, so that you can only walk 1 minute to arrive the nice sand beach.
There are many local restaurants for tourists.
In a suite room, which I stayed in, you can see very nice sunrise with a small window every morning.
An unlimited buffet breakfast is a delightful meal from the morning.

Cons
Officially, it does not provide currency exchange services. But when I contacted the hotel reception, the staff said he could, but his exchange rate was ridiculously ridiculous.
Free cancellation is often not possible. This is a considerable burden if the schedule is not definitive.
The refrigerator in the room does not seem to do well. It is not a general refrigerator, but a refrigerator of a glass door that only makes the beverage cool, and it is not even cool.
Never expect the 'suite room' as its name.
