Its a run down hotel, the property dates back to 80's with no or very little maintenance. You can smell the old furniture, carpets... there are only few staffs & most of them cant speak simple english and have no willingness to help. It is clear that the hotel mgmt doesnt care. Breakfast is the worst, nothing for vegetarian. The small muffins are cut into 4 pieces, the single bread toaster doesnt function properly.

I had to catch a flight at 3am, so I booked a place to stay for 0.5 night in downtown Da Nang. It was close to Han Market and cheap, so I booked it, but oh... the stairs at the hotel entrance were really steep. We had two full suitcases, and there was no staff to help us carry them... I had to carry them all up. The front desk staff was 0 friendly. The hotel itself was dark and gloomy. The room was even gloomy (my 13-year-old daughter said the same thing). The interior was like something from the 90s... I came out after less than two hours, but it was really... a place that gave off a creepy feeling, so I wanted to run away quickly. I don't recommend it... .

Only one slippers in room. No MUR/DND card and the staff knocking door in 8am morning tend to clean the room.

A charming hotel with welcoming staff. The rooms have a touch of faded luxury, feeling a bit worn and in need of renovation.

Hotel food was ok, got pho live cooking station tho, the room is considerably clean but there was a random corner in my room that was kinda creepy and one spring pop on one of the walls ?!? Housekeeping was pretty good tho and the free goodies were decent with toothbrushes, comb and even shaver. Tho the heater takes quite some time to activate. Location is pretty good as well, this I would say it's pretty value for money

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is tidy, large, and comfortable. Conveniently located within a few km of the airport and next to Duy Tan University. I'm not particularly sure why ordering delivery is forbidden by the rules, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
