Breakfast: awesome range.
Spa: booked 1230pm on 3 Jan 2026. Showed up at 1148am and asked the staff if we can have an earlier start. She walked to another station, presumably to check. And kept us waiting till 1228pm. When we asked why could she not give us a straight answer, another staff told us that she is new and apologised. We wasted over half an hour waiting around when we could have been in our room. Terrible communication skills. Also, the spa session started late 12.35pm and the experience was above average. The footbath took 5 minutes, and the massage was only about 80 minutes.
Check-in: staff took about minutes to check us in, despite the confirmation number and passports provided. VERY SLOW!
Room: The bed is sunken at the middle. Need new mattress in 2719.

The hotel's location is super convenient for taking a boat ride on the river to see the night views. Getting to Han Market takes about a 15-minute walk, and the area around the hotel is quite lively. If you're looking for a massage, you'll have to head over to the market area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. If you plan for BaNa hill, do buy the tickets in the hotel reception. They provide free shuttle to and fro BaNa hill

Novotel services always at top tier. Staffs always ready to help, the room is clean and comfy. The food is great, choices a lot. They have many staffs always wear a friendly smile and ready to help. Walking distance to a lot of eateries, convenient market, mall and massage spa.

The hotel is located a little far from the busy business areas but that provides its advantage of quiteness. It is also close to the airport.

It was an absolute good decision to stay here. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed it a lot. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable and the view is beautiful. The best place to stuck during typhoon season in Vietnam

What a real gem! Checked into Hotel on Christmas Eve,such a lovely .On entry,you walk into a Old World Charm Coffee Shop greeted by some warm friendly faces.
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to front River View Suite wowza!! With a lovely Romeo n Juliet Balcony.
Location wise....little bit further down river but Madame Lan restaurant close by just a 20minute stroll or cab drive brings you to Cho Han Market and great shopping District.
We shall definitely return.

Wonderful hotel with 5-starts service.
Beautiful and classy interior with specious and clean rooms. Perfect central location close to many vibrant restaurants and entertainment venues.

Hands down my favorite place to stay in Da Nang.

Very good hotel. Stayed in 3 hotels in Da Nang, this is the best one with the greatest value. New And modern interiors. Nice and new bath room, and is clean....Very important. Friendly staff. Excellent...excellent location. Walking distance to Han market and a few highly recommended restaurants are also in a short walking distance. 8 mins taxi to Vincom mall. The air conditioning is just perfect. The reception area is just so pretty! Good indoor setting, you probably want to take pictures there.

The dilusso is really good hotel ! I hope many people stay here ! It’s really good place to meet good people, facilities!
All of staff are so kind they make me smile! They have a passion of hotel. So their kindness make people comfortable! They really love their work place and think their business. I think the boss is also make them got a mind! And i couldn’t forget to stay here! If you come to danang, must to book dilusso.
