Decent hotel overall. The room was clean and you can tell the staff is trying to keep things in good shape, but the place definitely needs some renovation.

I was generally satisfied with my stay. Nice bonus that there’s a bathtub, though there wasn’t quite enough hot water to properly fill it. Staff was friendly, kept things clean, and handled requests quickly.

Overall not bad, but for the price, it could be better.

They claim that this is a 3 stars hotel, but it is nearly a 1 star. The room has mold every where. The stupid thing is that shower tub has no curtain so when you take a bath, water spash the entire bathroom floor.

The room's location is good and the reception staff are friendly, but there are a couple of downsides to the hotel:

1. Ants, and they're on the bed.
2. I killed a cockroach in my room one day.
3. Weak hot water pressure.
4. No soundproofing whatsoever.

And about my personal downside: you can't leave a backpack or suitcase here for a couple of days. If you're planning a trip to another city for a couple of days, this feature is completely lacking, and no one will help you. There are plenty of storage spaces, though. :)

Excellent hotel. Good condition. If there's a nitpick, the walls could use a little paint. But overall, the condition of the rooms and the hotel itself is very good. I was glad I stayed there. I had a wonderful rest. Special thanks to the girl at reception - cultured, welcoming, knowledgeable, and sweet. A pleasure to talk to. She also helped me with printing documents. I would happily stay again. The area is convenient if you need the center.

The facilities were so-so; it was a temporary room I booked, and I only slept for five or six hours. It was just okay. However, there was a durian shop across the street that was alright, and further on, there was a restaurant with really good food—super delicious—about 300-400 meters ahead on your left. There were also many delivery drivers there.

The service was excellent, with professional staff providing guidance, making me feel safe and comfortable. The environment was great, and because it wasn't crowded, it had a wonderful atmosphere. I'll definitely come again!

As it was a night flight, I stayed there from 2pm to 9pm for 3,000 yen per night.
The building and facilities are old, but the shower was usable, although I don't think you'd be able to sleep.
