Crowne Plaza Danang by IHG in Da Nang

This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I went there with my friend hoping to enjoy our time at the beach. The hotel itself is very beautiful and the beach is nice. However, we have experienced some very unpleasant things:
1) Breakfast. Literally the worst. There were so many things to choose from, but nothing tasty. Not even bearable. When we complained about it many times, we were offered a room service breakfast which was even worse. Undercooked eggs were the last straw.
2) Customer service. Nobody there speaks English or Chinese. Nobody. That is why nobody can help you with anything.
3) When I got bitten by a jellyfish and asked for doctor’s help, the first thing the hotel did to a person in pain - made us sign a paper stating that none of this is their responsibility. 
We used to like Crowne Plaza and stay there a lot, but definitely not anymore.
Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff in the lobby did not assist with luggage upon arrival. The temporary check-in area was crowded, hot, and noisy due to renovation, which made the process confusing and communication difficult. Towels were only delivered after a long wait, and additional towels required returning the same number of used ones, which felt inconvenient. The pool facilities were underwhelming as the sunbeds were not set up and most fountains were turned off. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was spacious with a wide variety of choices, and both the bread and pho were very good. While there were some highlights, I would consider other options for the same price in the future.

도착했을 때 로비 직원이 짐을 도와주지 않아 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 체크인은 리노베이션 공사로 인해 임시로 마련된 공간에서 진행되었는데, 더운 환경과 붐비는 분위기 속에서 복잡하게 느껴졌고, 소음 때문에 의사소통이 원활하지 않았습니다.

숙박 중 수건을 요청했을 때 전달받기까지 시간이 오래 걸렸고, 추가 수건을 받기 위해서는 사용한 수건을 반납해야만 했습니다. 이러한 방식은 다소 불편하게 느껴졌습니다.
수영장에서는 선베드가 준비되어 있지 않았고, 분수대 대부분이 작동하지 않아 전반적으로 운영이 미흡해 보였습니다.

조식 뷔페가 기대보다 넓고 종류도 다양했다는 점입니다. 빵과 쌀국수 모두 맛있었습니다.
전반적으로 몇 가지 장점은 있었지만, 같은 금액이라면 다음에는 다른 호텔을 고려할 것 같습니다.
