Our driver dropped us at the wrong hotel as there are more than one Vien Dong hotel in the city. Hannah as really helpful in putting us right and used her own phone to order a grab taxi to take us to the other hotel. Her English was good and the lobby was clean and tidy. Unsure of the rooms. Good first impression.

Ms Linh at the reception is always friendly and smiling and helpful. The room is comfortable and the area is convenient.

Was a good stay there was only 1 thing that spoiler it was the night reception wanting to charge for Free water and pocket the money

Cheap but room was very damp - stains all over the wall. The fire escape in our room had a flimsy door and a bright sign - hard to sleep as was glow in the dark. Staff also useless...we tried to hire a moto from them but they took so long we gave up!!
