There were bedbugs on our first and second night on the 9th floor, so they had us transfer to a new room. We wish phone operator understood more English. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Had a great stay at Sea Garden Hotel!! The staffs were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Loan has been very nice as well!! 💞

The food sucks. They serve the same menu everyday. The coffee is cold, the soup is cold and tasteless. The staff is not helpful, doesn’t answer our queries, they just stare…..

💯 Location is very accessible in all shops like minimart, coffee shops, night market, malls, restaurant and many more.

Rooms and bed are big and spacious, AC works well too. They clean the rooms daily if you let them, they also change towels but not the sheets. Some parts of the wallpaper are stained, dirty, and looking old. The shower curtains need to be changed or removed altogether since it is already moldy.
The location is good, walking distance to convenience store, bank (although broken when we were there), and local restaurants. It is a few mins walk to the beach as well.
They have a small cafe at the lobby but the coffee is not that good especially compared to other coffee in the area.

When we checked into the Hilton Garden Inn Danang on July 13th, NGA, the front desk receptionist, greeted us with hospitality and patient service. She even spoke Chinese, which left a deep impression on us. On the 14th, I inquired about Danang's tourist attractions and maps at the front desk. Lan Tran, who also speaks Chinese, provided a very detailed explanation. The hotel upgraded us to a corner sea view room, which offered a truly beautiful view. The breakfast was generous, and the staff were warm and friendly. The housekeepers even entered the room barefoot to keep it spotless. The Hilton Garden Inn Danang's warm service left a deep impression on us and we were completely satisfied. Thank you very much for their warm service. We give the Hilton Garden Inn Danang a five-star rating!
