This local B&B offers incredible value for money and a fantastic stay, perfect for a family getaway! I rarely leave reviews, but I truly had such a relaxing and joyful time in Hoi An. The hostess is incredibly kind and welcoming, and her English is quite good. We really got a taste of local life; if we hadn't had other plans, we would have loved to stay a few more days.

Service: There's a pool for swimming and bicycles available for guests. Breakfast is provided; you choose your meal the night before, and it's quite delicious, well-balanced, and very filling.

Environment: The room was clean and tidy. We booked a family room for three people, with two large beds, and it was quite spacious, with a sofa and a small balcony. It could easily accommodate four people, making it incredibly affordable. When we checked in, there was a minor issue with the showerhead, with low water pressure, but the owner promptly came and fixed it.

Location: The only slight drawback might be the location, as it's about 1 km from the ancient town. However, you can take a taxi, walk, or cycle, so I personally found it convenient. Walking there, you can even stop by the small market to buy some fruit along the way.

Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

We really love our stay at Hoi An Discovery Villa. Breakfast is wonderful, room is clean and they will provide assistance with what you need. Our kids loved the swimming pool! Location is very ideal. Away from the busy and noisy streets of old town so you'll certainly have full bliss relaxation. Easy to book grab to old town and other tourist spots. There are nearby local cafes, mini marts and restaurants just walking distance from the hotel

I'll leave a very accurate review.
First of all, the room condition isn't quite as good as a hotel (though you shouldn't expect much at this price).
The owner is incredibly friendly and prepares a delicious breakfast, even including fruit.
It's much more delicious than a hotel buffet.
The location is convenient, and it's a great place for a one-night stay.

On the first day, I was given a different room (larger) than the one I had requested due to air conditioning repairs. But Mr. Bar came out and I was so scared I couldn't sleep... haha
Still, the room I moved to was much prettier and better! The hosts were friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a bit far from Old Town, but you can walk there in less than 15 minutes. Haha
Great value for money😆 I highly recommend it.

First of all, it was clean and very kind!
Even though we came in late, they opened all the doors for us,
and above all, the breakfast was really delicious!!!!!!

Next time I go to Hoi An, I will definitely go back

What a fantastic villa. Lovely room with nice beds and pillows. Shower wonderful. Swimming pool available. Breakfast very extensive and everything fresh. Host helpful with everything. With Grab bike within 10 minutes in old town or beach. Nice stay just outside the hustle and bustle of the city

The kindness of the owner was great, and the bikes provided were great for traveling around the old town and the beach. The breakfast was very clean and delicious.

First off i would like to be thankful for the owner Thuy Thanh for the free upgrade to the best suite in the villa (even tho im only a solo traveller) and her hospitality. She is very friendly, informative and made me feel homely. Language barrier is not a problem as her english is considered quite good for a local. The suite is amazingly cosy and spacious, definitely the best highlight of my trip. Chose local breakfast during my stay and they were both delicious and huge portion to last til late noon. Locationwise is 10-15mins walk to oldtown(otherwise can also use the free bicycle provided) and definitely more peaceful. I only use them to cycle around the paddyfield nearby for the view and cafe. Bought some fresh fruits as there is also a 5-8mins walk local market nearby. The only hiccup to me is the bottled water, would be great if its replaced and provided everyday during my stay. But overall i would definitely stay here again.

I had a good rest.
The accommodation was a bit old, but it was still comfortable to rest in.
I was given a king + king room on the 3rd floor, so it was difficult to carry my luggage to the 3rd floor.

There is one wall-mounted air conditioner and one ceiling fan, so only the bed on the air conditioner side is cool during the day.
At night, I slept in the air conditioned bed with my face covered because the wind hit my face.

The location is really good. There are several good massage shops nearby.
It was really nice to have several delicious local restaurants.
The swimming pool is great to play in and I had fun and enjoyed it.

I choose breakfast the day before and eat it in the morning, thanks to the delicious local food.
I really felt like I was abroad. Located in a peaceful place.
It's a very lovely place.

I plan to come again next time

Although it is a bit far from Hoi An Night Market,
It's a long enough distance to walk.

It is in a good location for access from Da Nang.
The swimming pool is clean and the owner is friendly.
