The Operator Annee was very very friendly and welcoming. He will greet you as his friend and give you good advice on how to enjoy your trip.

I really enjoyed the night there as it was very peaceful and relaxing. The situation there is no car no bike around no noise no crowded. If you like a place to slow down your life. There is the best.

Very nice and comfortable stay. This was my second time and I will return again without any hesitation. Hosts are very nice and helpful. I love the location as it is far enough from the village for peace and quiet but also so close to everything just a bike or Grab scooter ride away along the river, through town or the rice fields.

A heaven, a home away from home! Quiet but still close to town. They serve a very good breakfast in town because all is fresh, no added sugars in the yoghurt or juices, which is not common in Asia. The rooms are beautiful, just go here! Anne and Trung, thank you for being such nice people!

This small, cozy hotel is surrounded by nature on the outskirts of beautiful, secluded Hoi An.
The owner and staff are incredibly friendly, and they even cook breakfast to order!
The air is fresh, and there's a small river with coconut boats floating right in front of the hotel.
The rooms are clean and quiet.

This hotel was clean. Though it's not close to the old town, I could walk by the river for half hour to reach the old town easily. There's rice fields opposite to the main road closed to hotel. The breakfast was served at 7am and with choices. They helped us to book the car back to Da Nang Airport which was cheaper than Grab as it was during Vietnamese New Year. My mom has mobility problem, they helped my mom a lot during the stay.

At the beginning of June, we stayed at Piink Tulip Hoi An
with my sister and two brothers-in-law. We stayed in two rooms because there were 4 of us.
The owner welcomed us very well. He came to carry our bags and welcomed us both. The day we checked in from Ba Na Hills was already evening. After taking a shower and changing clothes, we were going to continue to Hoi An Old Town. We called Grab to pick us up. The owner walked us to the entrance of the alley of the house and gave us advice about how to live here. Let's go.
In the morning, he made us breakfast. The owner is very lovely. Staying here is like visiting a relative or friend's house.
I personally like the atmosphere of the house very much. It feels like our own home. Having breakfast while listening to the sound of the waterfall is very cool in the morning.

Anne & Trung are wonderful hosts and their accommodation is fantastic. Pink Tulip is located in a quiet lane, adjacent to the river and away from busy roads, yet so close to the old town. The garden setting is magical with lush gardens and tropical fish. The facilities are modern and spotlessly clean with quiet private rooms. Our room was airconditioned with a lovely tiled ensuite shower. We were served breakfast by Trung every morning with lovely fresh ingredients and Vietnamese coffee. Anne provided us with free bikes and the ride into the old town was a highlight. Most of the ride to town is along the riverbank and a cycleway (watch for scooters and the occasional slow moving car). Highly recommended.

A 4-star experience for a 2-star price. An easy 10/10 from me. As for the location, be aware that you can access the riverside lane/promenade via a two minute bike ride or a 5 minute walk. From there you can ride/stroll all the way to the ancient town, passing several coffee shops and restaurants along the way.
