room is spacious for 4 of us. The receptionist is extremely helpful and friendly. She recommended us the restaurants and point of attractions and arrange grab for us to go back Danang too. The hotel is very near to Hoi An old town, just a 5 mins walk. However our room TV is not functioning, the kettle also malfunction and we need to request for a change. Overall satisfy with the service provided even though there’s some minor downsides on room amenities.
They arranged a 7seater car with driver waiting for us at the airport with my name.
Throughout our stay, hotel staff would introduce us to local attractions and informed us that if we would like, they can arrange transport and discounted tickets for us. There was no upselling, they were very respectful if we wanted to discuss and check other platforms.
Even after checkout, they offered to arrange our transport to the next hotel at Bana hills and even transport from Bana hills back to danang city. All I had to do was WhatsApp them for assistance. Again prices were below market rate quoted from drivers and grab.
I enjoyed my stay as it was a good location and good amenities. Just take note that there is no lift, only stairs. Shouldn't be an issue for lightweight travellers.
Will definitely stay again with my friends. Thank you so trang hotel for making our first trip to Vietnam and enjoyable one
