Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Firstly, while the hotel provided eco-friendly bottled water, we opted to order our own due to past negative experiences with similar water sources in Vietnam. However, the front desk insisted we not leave any plastic bottles behind, forcing us to take the empty bottles out each day, which was inconvenient and confusing. Despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our room door, hotel staff entered without permission to change towels. After we complained, the hotel manager even claimed the security camera footage showed nothing unusual, making us feel disrespected and unacceptable. Most egregiously, on our last morning, while we were asleep, staff entered our room without permission to repair the internet, without any prior notice. We only reported it to the hotel after being woken up. Although transportation was arranged as compensation, this series of management oversights and poor attitudes significantly diminished the entire trip. Furthermore, the hotel's location was remote, requiring us to use Grab for transportation; the so-called river view room actually faced floating garbage. For the same price, I would recommend choosing a hotel in the city center.

While the hotel provides environmentally friendly glass bottled water, we didn’t feel safe drinking it due to a past incident in Vietnam where similar water caused food poisoning. We ordered our own bottled water, but were told by the front desk not to leave any plastic waste behind—so we had to carry our empty bottles out daily, which was both inconvenient and unreasonable. Despite clearly placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping still entered our room without permission to change towels. When we reported it, the manager claimed that security cameras showed no entry, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. The worst part happened on our last morning, when a staff member entered our room unannounced while we were still asleep, allegedly to fix the internet—without any prior notice. Although a transfer was arranged later as compensation, the hotel’s poor management and lack of professionalism ruined our experience. The location is also quite remote, requiring Grab for all transportation, and the so-called “river view” was mostly floating garbage. For the same price, I’d strongly recommend staying in the city center instead.
