The room is not sound proof… you can hear everything happened next door - someone coming in and out of the bath, move a chair, open the closet… everything….

The breakfast coffee is amazing~~ A resort where you can quietly relax and heal.

The room is spacious, clean, new and very nice. The cozy design style brings a relaxing feeling. The service and staff attitude are great. The swimming pool and other services are perfect.
The space around the resort is very quiet, suitable for families or groups of friends who want to relax. However, the location is a bit far from the center.
Will definitely come back if I come to Hoi An.

This is an incredible and wonderful hotel! My husband and I are absolutely thrilled. Everything here is perfect — the hotel is located right on the riverbank (we loved cycling into the city on the free bikes provided), the view from our room over the garden and river was stunning, the service was exceptional, with daily cleaning, and the staff were truly amazing — they take care of your body and soul. Dining here is pure bliss. We wish you continued success. Thank you so much! ❤️

I fully enjoyed the cleanliness and great service from all the staff. however I chose this hotel because of their bathtub as well. Disappointed by it because they control the hot water timing for the bathtub. So there is only hotwater for 10minutes , which is not enough to fill the tub. And for the next 10mins it is cold water. Hope there is an option for the rooms to choose if they want this hot water to automatically turn cold after 10mins... Other than this. Everything is great

Sunny and Vy providing the great services. Free rides for go and back from Hoi A Town. Only bad part is unable to use bath tub due to limitation on the hot water.

This was the greatest hotel I have been in Hoian. I booked the hotel for my mom and she does not speak any English. So I asked the staff they can help with car reservation and other things since I have to work during her stay. All the staff were so nice. We really appreciate your help. I will definitely come back and stay in future. Breakfast menu were simple but delicious. Fruits were fresh and Pho was outstanding. Room is clean and modern. I loved the view. The whole resort is very private and quiet with nice swimming pool. The location is near from the old town everyone should visit this resort

So pleased with our stay at Hoi An Coco River Resort and Spa. Tram was lovely and made us feel relaxed and welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for. The room and grounds were immaculate, and everything was just as pictured. The couples massage was a great way to unwind. It's too far to walk to Old Town or the beach, especially in the heat. But a free shuttle is provided twice a day, or free push bikes. You can rent a scooter too. Great value all round.
