Very nice and clean. However, on the first night the restaurant nearby had a party and the noise is very loud.

Breakfast ok and walking distance to old town!

Good atmosphere, good service and staff was so nice. The hotel was not far from the night market.

Nice hotel and 10 minutes walking distance to Hoi An old town..Hotel provide free bicycle to cycle around. good to cycle in the early morning and not in the late afternoon as it is quite dangerous due to heavy traffic..Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is quaint and lovely, with a very convenient location. It’s close to the Old Town, and there’s an affordable áo dài costume rental nearby for photo sessions. The surrounding area also has many good massage options, and getting around is easy and inexpensive by Grab.
My only feedback concerns Room 207. The bed was not comfortable—I could feel my spouse moving throughout the night, which affected my sleep. Additionally, the room felt slightly humid.
Overall, the location is excellent and the hotel has a charming atmosphere, but improving the bed comfort and room humidity would make the stay much more enjoyable.

The Mulberry Collection Silk Eco Hotel has a calm, stylish aesthetic and some genuinely lovely features along with a fantastic location, but our stay was mixed due to cleanliness and service inconsistencies that detracted from the overall experience.

The positives:
The hotel design is attractive and modern with a peaceful, eco-inspired feel. The pool area is a real highlight, tranquil and beautifully landscaped, making it a relaxing space to unwind. The room was spacious and well laid out with a comfortable bed, good lighting and a sleek bathroom design.The air conditioning was great and the shower's water pressure is fantastic. The eco-friendly toiletries and amenities were thoughtfully presented and aligned well with the hotel’s concept.
The staff were consistently very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast offered a decent spread with both local and Western options, and the banh mi bread was fantastic. Daisy at reception was particularly helpful and assisted us efficiently with arranging transport to the airport, which we really appreciated
.
The negatives:
Unfortunately, cleanliness and housekeeping were not at the standard expected. Upon our arrival, we found visible hair on towels and bedding, which was disappointing and made us question housekeeping checks. On the second day, our room was not cleaned despite having the sign displayed to make up the room. When we went down to mention this, we were told housekeeping would come later. Instead, water and toilet paper were delivered, but the room was never actually cleaned.
While trying to take an afternoon nap due to feeling unwell, there was a very loud hammering noise. The rooms are not very soundproof, which made rest difficult and affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The hotel has strong potential, a lovely atmosphere and genuinely kind staff, but attention to housekeeping consistency and noise management needs improvement.

Close to the old town. Very confidently located. A bit more variety for breakfast is needed

There was a small (temporary) issue with the air con in my original room so i got a free upgrade… The attached pictures say everything i could possibly say about this exceptional hotel and its kind staff. Thank you. Wonderful.

Bathroom and balcony very big. My room the door lock hard to open once i have check and inform staff. She has noted and got feedback to improve.

Staff all friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and room was nice. However, booked room with city view and there was no view. Very noisy and not good sound proofing. The private beach they offer is terrible, full of trash and staff at the Silk Beach club were terrible - suggest just going to the public beach a lot cleaner. Hotel great location to walk to old town with lots of food options. And the pool is really nice after a long day out.
