the room is beautiful and each room has either a window of garden view or the pool view, fantastic! Hotel is located at the beginning of the street. waaking along the road, full of restuarants, foot spa and bars. Less than 5 mins walk - is the night market. very convenient. The staffs are polite and we were greet at all times. the breakfast spread is great, nice VN kopi and good options. again - allowed me to say again - Wonderful location!

Perfect place to stay in Hoi An - the location, the premises, the service. A special thanks to Vy for her helpful assistance, excellent service and follow up on our requests, even when she was off duty. We made our 2 day itinery based on her suggestion and it was great. Btw, the Ao Dai selection in the hotel is worth a look too, not the ordinary ones found on the shops/markets.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Signature Hoi An, and we absolutely adored our entire experience!
From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The location couldn't have been better – it was so easy to explore the charm of Hoi An, but still felt wonderfully peaceful when we returned to the hotel. Our room was not only incredibly stylish and beautifully designed but also super comfortable, making it a joy to relax in after a day out.
Breakfast each morning was a real treat! There was such a delicious spread, and we always looked forward to starting our day with their tasty offerings.
What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was so genuinely friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, they even gave us a really helpful map with all the local attractions marked out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation for where to go, they were always ready with great suggestions and a smile.
A special shout-out to Vy – your warmth and helpfulness really made our stay even more special!

Great location, with a feeling of old town style property. The staff were all friendly and nice, from checking in to checkout everyone we encountered were great. The breakfast buffet was good and it offers two pools (upper/lower) which we did use.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was spacious, staff were helpful, located close to old town, nice pool. Restaurant was not up to same standard as hotel but perfectly decent.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and we left feeling well-rested. Everything was well taken care of, making it a great experience overall.

Nice Boutique hotel with facilities, photo shows the swimming pool which is quite big, with a small fitness centre, spa centre provide various body and facial treatment, also foot massage, overall, this is a good location with facilities hotel
