I had a great stay here but I was in, probably, the best room. Very nice 'suite' with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. I found breakfast to be very good with a different Asian selection every day. Location was good for me. I did a lot of walking around and never found myself wishing I'd chosen a different location. All good. I am very happy to recommend.

We reserved the superior twin room with balcon. The room was enough espace for two. And the balcon was big and nice. At breakfast many choices. But the door of the toilet, room and balcon was difficult to open and close. That was only problem.

Walking distance to old town around 15-20 minutes. Enviroment is really chill, hotel provide a bike to explorer as well. While the last day we are cathing the earlier flight, hotel prepared us the breakfast is 6am...so kind & warm. Highly recommended

Had a millipede crawling on its bed and we could not call the reception (closed) and when we went down to the reception it was pitch black. There are also no lights outside our unit at night (view pictures) it seems like it was removed which made it extremely unsafe and dark at night.

Called their Viet number, no response. Called via Trip.com internet call, no response. Just based off cleanliness, other hotels in Vietnam at the same price range can do better.

Location wise, it is walking distance to eateries and other places in the ancient town. Room is spacious but having a millipede next to your face is not cool.

The accommodation was spacious and pleasant, and the staff were friendly. I had a comfortable stay for 4 nights without any issues.

Such a beautiful villa. Great location and walking distance to the iconic old town.

Pretty large room for 2 people. 5 min drive to old town. Very quiet and vibey

Breakfast selection ok, loved the omelette station.
