Tropical Garden Homestay Villa in Hoi An

Refused to cancel and refund at least part of my reservation after a mistake from the reservation platform.
Plus the communication with the hotel was very bad, did not even tried to find a solution.

I booked this homestay via Traveloka and everything was processed normally. However, when I reached the destination, the owner of this hostel said she didn’t receive any booking and she actually locked the rooms on the website. Which clearly untrue because only when we said we booked the room without any trouble, she checked the website. Means she has not ever checked the website. We were tired from a long way driving, so I asked her what should be done now to solve this problem. She proceeded to give me a solution of staying 2 nights in the opposite homestay and we can use the facilities in her place as usual, and on the 3rd night we can come back here (she didnt mention the change of prices at all).
She led us to the other homestay and let us talk to the lady, when it should have been her who does the speaking. The initial price for all of this was 1400k something for 3 nights. But after asking us to go back and forth for times to deal with the other homestay, I was so upset I decided to either let her do the talking or I would go.
She came back and said that we could stay 2 nights in the opposite with 950k, but on the third night when we come back, the price of the room is 700k breakfast included. At that point, I got really upset so I gathered my stuff and kindly left the place since I could not deal with this any longer.

She returned us the money, of course in cash. But honestly, the service is quite awful.
