Great Hotel, very friendly and accommodating staff.
Room is well appointed and comfortable.
Pool is clean and well maintained.
Bar has good selection of drinks and tap beer.
For the price I would prefer to stay here instead of large corporate hotel chain.
Very short walk to old Hoi An.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Stayed here twice, and on my second visit all the reception staff greeted me by name and welcomed me back ☺️
Lovely clean rooms with cute decorations, fantastic pool and great location - plenty of restaurants and spas around the hotel, on a nice quiet street and only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the old town and Riverside!
I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Hoi An ☺️

Wonderful stay!
I absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hoi An.
The rooms are spacious, with some offering a private balcony overlooking the pool and others a larger shared terrace. The pool itself is big, well-maintained, and open until late. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to suit every taste.
The hotel is connected to an Italian restaurant owned by the same family. Since the owners are Italian, the food is authentic and delicious—the pizza, in particular, was outstanding. They also offer delivery, which is very convenient.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the owners and staff. Their kindness and warmth added so much to our experience. A special mention goes to Mŷ Yén, the sweetest young woman at the reception. Every time she saw my family and me, she greeted us warmly with the most genuine smile. We also had several lovely conversations with her, the owners, and their little son. Their hospitality made us feel at home, and I would happily come back just for them.
Ps. the location is perfect, right in the city centre!

Stayed here for three nights as part of a tour of Vietnam in May 2025.
Very nice hotel and would recommend. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Good aircon too and beds comfortable.
We had a balcony room that looked over the swimming pool. Can get loud during the day with people swimming but didn't affect us.
The breakfast was the best we had throughout our trip, wide variety and all tasted good.
There's an Italian restaurant attached. We had lunch here and it was good.
There is no air con in the restaurant, bar or reception and so it's warm! There are fans throughout though.
Staff were all friendly, reception staff arranged cars to Ba Na Hills and the airport/train station. I had a massage too and this was good.

Staying at this hotel in the heart of Hoi An was an absolute delight! The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The large pool is perfect for cooling off after exploring the city, and the breakfasts are simply amazing – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always greeting you with warm smiles and providing outstanding service. Its central location makes it easy to walk to the Old Town, shops, and restaurants. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had!

As we arrived in the hotel we were surprised that we got from the receptionist Nhung, without asking, in less than 10 minutes all information we needed concerning visiting Hoi An, all given with a very big smile. Also all her colleagues ware very helpful every time we asked something.

This hotel is situated in my favourite city Hoi An, the silk city. It is one of the beautiful hotel we've checked-in for our 10 days tour in Vietnam. Our room is situated on ground floor facing the pool area. The hotel has this old look on it that is very classy. The outside of the hotel is decorated with beautiful colourful lanterns that they turn on at night time. It is situated only few minutes walk to the market area and restaurants. I am only giving 3 stars to this hotel due to hygiene reason. My husband and I were inside the room when the cleaners knocked and gesturing if they will clean the room which I responded with no and instead hand them over our dirty cups and saucer and asked them to replaced it. In my surprised the cleaner went straight to the bathroom and tipped of the tea leaved we've used in the toilet! She washed with her hands the cups we've used with no soap and dry it with a towel which she probably have used in the other rooms! We found this very unhygienic and we have to refused using the same cups which they insisted due to lack of english communication. I rang the reception late night and asked for a fresh cups and saucer!
