The hotel’s location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The room was generally clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were decent. One thing to note is the hotel does not have a lift, which may be inconvenient, especially for guests with heavy luggage. They also have free bicycle to borrow to go to old town.

My original room was on the 4th floor, but after explaining that I have bad knees, the hotel accommodated me with a lower-floor room a few days later, which I appreciated. Both rooms were kind of clean and spacious. Basic amenities not included: Small hand towels or hand soap, though a toothbrush and mini toothpaste were provided. Improvements: New window roll curtain without mold. New unworn slippers. Fresh smelling towels. Reliable wifi especially during the evening. My third room was a balcony and was better than the first two rooms. Great location and excellent customer service. If you're booking a Grab car, use the address below. The street is too small for cars. Kurumi Restaurant - 187 Lý Thường Kiệt, Phường Minh An, Hội An, Quảng Nam, Vietnam Walk down a tiny alley and Dream City Hotel is to your left.

The staff was excellent and helpful. Location was good. The bedroom was not great. Aircon was leaking water everyday. New bedding alway have a musty smell.

Good hotel with nice people
I like many good experiences in this hotel. Most importantly the staff is nice and trustworthy. I did buy ticket of park in front desk and they print it too. Food and beverage is available in hotel. Amenities are complete too. I like the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel and they have glass water bottle in their free water as part of sustainable practice.

The hotel is very elegant with a modern style. The bedding in the room is soft and clean. The window opens to a view of the bustling streets. We could borrow bicycles from the hotel for free to explore Hoi An. Young people like us really enjoy this place. There are many banks and ATMs near the hotel for withdrawing cash.

The hotel is located right in the center of Hoi An city, making it very convenient to visit famous tourist attractions such as the Ancient Town, Thanh Ha Pottery Village, and An Bang Beach. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, and the staff are very friendly.

The housekeeping staff were incredibly attentive, and they always went the extra mile to make sure my room was spotless. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a very welcoming atmosphere. One evening, I felt a bit under the weather and the hotel staff went out of their way to bring me some tea and a warm blanket.Their kindness and care truly made a difference and added to the overall positive experience. I can honestly say that Dream Hotel has set a new standard for hospitality.
