The Exquisite HaLong Hotel in Halong

The hotel is superb! The room is very cozy, and the colonial-style bathroom is simply stunning. Breakfast is wonderful. There's also a jacuzzi on the hotel's rooftop.

Very good price with good facility make me surprise. Wil.come back again

I really liked this room. It was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The location was also convenient. Highly recommended!

The bed was comfortable and it was budget-friendly accommodation, but the hotel didn't warn me that there would be constant drilling and construction starting from 7 AM, with only short breaks. This meant I was forced to wake up and couldn't get a good night's sleep for four days due to the noise. I love to sleep in, and it's doubly frustrating on vacation when you can't. The jacuzzi costs extra, and there are no free hours as previously stated. I went up to the top floor at 7 PM and later, and there was simply no water in the jacuzzi. Oh well, I thought, I'll book it for an hour, no big deal. But the staff member didn't understand a word of English and just used a translator to say I could use it right away. I got in, but how do you use a jacuzzi that isn't completely filled? I'll tell you – a jet blasts from above and splashes fly everywhere from the sides, making it impossible to relax. In the end, it didn't fill up enough in an hour to have proper underwater bubbles, just jets pounding the surface. And all the items I'd placed nearby got soaked because of it. I had specifically booked it two hours in advance; they could have prepared it properly and filled it right away so that by the time I used it, I wouldn't be fighting with water jets but could actually relax in the bath. Despite the very cute interior, comfortable bed, and budget price, I wouldn't stay here a second time.

Hotel was okay, but the service was terrible. We had our laundry done through the service the hotel provided, but our clothes came back with a hole, shrunken and with weird stains. When we explained the situation, they offered to refund us for the service, but not for the needed repairs (for the clothes worth many times what we paid). The man who helped us did not speak English and had us call somebody else or he communicated through Google Translate. They took no responsibility whatsoever. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

This was my second night at the hotel, and the environment was really nice. It was great that it wasn't crowded during the New Year period. The hotel quality is excellent and definitely worth recommending. It's a great choice, and the price was very good, making it a real bargain.

The place is beautiful, but some of the utensils were not clean. We had to wash the cups and spoons by ourselves because it was dirty when we arrived. The music outside can also be heard until midnight. We had trouble sleeping. The staff was also helpful about the parking for our motorbike.
