Great service on board excellent good and great friendly staff. Only complaint was wifi not working and it rained the whole time but can't blame them for that. : ) they arranged our pick up and drop off from hanoi which made the whole trip even easier. Great experience. Highly recommend.

We LOVED our Paloma Cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay. The staff was amazing and made sure we were safe and comfortable the entire cruise. The food was plentiful and tasty. We had a suite for our anniversary and they went all out making us feel special. We absolutely recommend and will be coming back ourselves!!

Best cruise we could have imagined! Worth every penny! The staff was incredibly sweet (especially Morning and Flower) and made the trip unforgettable.
Would definitely recommend, especially if you Enjoy a little more intimate trip with few guests around. Perfect for couples (would not bring small children - mostly because it would ruin the experience for the adults onboard)

Great experience and overall impression. The staff was helpful and amazing and the suite was impressively roomy. Beverage prices on board are a little high and the floating fishing village with the pearl farm is overly touristy.
We had 3 days/2 nights and would not go for less. Especially day two with kayaking to a remote, private beach was amazing.
Food was plenty and definitely above hotel standard.
Kudos to miss Flower and Mr. Morning for making the trip experience heartwarming and funny.
