We guessed it was gonna be an interesting trip to stay in Halong for a night, but we did not imagine that this hotel was going to be this bad. The room was not clean, some bugs were found in the shower as well as some bedsheets were not properly cleaned and had some stains. The area is a ghost town and would not recommend to stay around here. The staff were ok but nobody seemed to actually do much work there as the front desk was many times left unattended.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE!
I usually don’t write any bad reviews but this hotel might be the worst and most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
Where should I even begin…
Cockroaches everywhere, dead and alive, both in reception area, in the hallways and in the rooms.
Bedbugs.
Absolutely ZERO service.
We were their only guests, no other rooms booked (during high season)…
Located in the middle of a ghost town, no restaurants, cafes or shops within walking distance.
The bedsheets looked like people had danced on them with dirty shoes!!
Because there were nobody in the reception (or any other staff) we needed to knock doors to find them. After a while we found a boy, the receptionist kid, who showed us the way to his mothers room. She then gave us “new and clean” sheets, which in reality were EVEN MORE dirty and WET.
Everything was wrong with this place, DON’T stay there.

Beautiful place, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a stay here, however very quiet out of season...but then this was our preference.

Nice and new hotel with lovely staff at a perfect location
This was a great place to unwind and be looked after. The staff were always happy to help and really looked after us. The food was good - some of them you had to reserve but it was worth it! Highly recommended.

I and my wife had wonderful experience here! Great service, friendly staff, clean and cozy room. The hotel owner gave us useful advice where to visit in Halong bay area. Will be back for sure! Highly recommended! :))))

Amazing place to stay if you are visiting for a few days. Clean and hygienic accommodation and a lively welcoming vibe to the place. The tour was excellent! We really had a great time there. Definitely we will be back!

our family used to stayed at that cozy hotel . the room was so beautiful and luxury. It was fantasic time. We walked around the beach every morning there. Hope to come back next time.
