Central Halong Hotel in Halong

We booked here by luck and the positive reviews we had read. What a great choice, from start to finish everything was great. Checking was fast and friendly and although we were early we were in our room in no time.
The room was huge with 2 queen size beds and a balcony. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable and although the balcony wasn’t huge it was big enough to enjoy and take in the sights and sounds of downtown Halong Bay.
The big bathroom was well appointed with toiletries and the shower was powerful and hot.
On arrival we enquired about a Halong Bay cruise which the owner found for us, booked for us and even dropped us off and picked us up from in the hotel minibus.
Breakfast was included in the price and consisted of a lovely home cooked breakfast, one day a Bahn Mi another day was bacon, eggs and sausage with drinks, and fruit.
We have travelled through Vietnam for 4 weeks so far and this is definitely our best pick for the whole trip.

Hotel ambience is excellent, central located. Their service is too good. They have given bikes to roam around, any help needed was done. They sent us the car to the airport.
I must mention the food was so yummy, no restaurant we got that tasty food in Halong. Specifically the cook (owner herself) is cooking with so much interest and varieties.

We had a great stay here for one night on a weekday. We booked a Deluxe Twin Room. It has a modern design, very spacious and pristine.

The staff is accommodating. They served us a delectable breakfast.

The location is very accessible to the cruise port, sunworld and resturants.

We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very Central, opposite Sun World cable car. Family run hotel that has been newly refurbished. They went out of their way to help - we are cycle touring Vietnam & they helped with multiple things we needed - including lots of complimentary snacks made fresh in the kitchen. Photos exactly as the room appears. Reasonably priced & would definitely recommend.
