The room is clean but they spray Mosquito repellent . The room was reeked of chemicals. Even the lobby is reeked of this chemical.

Don’t go to this hotel. They’ll charge you for a little detail when you’re checking out. Take a picture right when you get into your room. For example, I booked the room for 3 bed but in the room has only 2 flip flops, they’ll charge you for a pair of the flip flops that they didn’t put in. Be careful when you use the towel, they’ll charge you if it’s dirty…just stay away from this hotel when you’re in Ha Long city.

The price is nice but the furnitures are so old and useless. I can’t even use the telephone. The internet has an additional feature that it will automatically turn off after 5 minutes 😅 you will have to reconnect manually. The breakfast is amazingly healthy since this hotel only serve like 5-6 dishes but most of them are vegetable. Im pretty scared of the elevator, I feel like it’s even older than me lol. Overall, it is suitable for budget travellers who just need a place to live but for me, no thanks!!!

Claimed to be a 4-star hotel but was absolutely disappointing. The room was clean yet it stank. Nevertheless, the receptionists seemed rude, the internet connection appeared extremely slow and the buffet breakfast was totally rubbish. Wouldnt be back :(

Nice and spacious rooms, good food but poor soundproof for rooms, people speaking in the corridor can be heard clearly inside the room.
