We really enjoyed our stay at the Jade Hotel. It's friendly and we felt very welcomed by the owner. The hotel is in a quieter part of Ha Long but it was very easy to grab a Grab taxi to the shops along Ha Long rd and Sun World as well as other local sites.

The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach where we found a good cafe for iced lattes. Plus the hotel cat was v cute.

Very close to the beach, quite, clean, family owned hotel. Room was newly renovated. The shower was little tricky, the only thing I found was little off. Very good value!

French style, high-end room decoration, comfortable bedding, complete facilities and good quality. The service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. My friend's mobile phone was broken, and the boss drove us to the place where the mobile phone was repaired, and helped us arrange a day trip to Halong Bay and a bus back to Hanoi the next day, which brought great convenience to our trip. We didn't spend much money and had a good time. Thanks to the boss!

I looked on the website and said there was a swimming pool there. I was not disappointed
The room on the roof is very hot and the bathroom outside is not convenient at all

Before checking in, I specifically asked the administrator if all the infrastructure was working after the typhoon. As a result, there is nothing within walking distance, everything is closed. There are a lot of ants in the room.

Lovely hotel, reasonable price even on holidays, friendly and enthusiastic staff.
Location is very close to the beach and night market, walking distance.
Next time I go to Ha Long, I will come back

Convenient location for travel, private parking in front of the motel, no cover. The host is friendly, the room is clean, the design is minimalist so the bathroom is small, the room has a wardrobe, refrigerator, TV with network connection, hair dryer... I have a similar experience. Good deal here.
