Sun Halong Hotel in Halong

This hotel is very bad. I stayed for 2 nights, but the towels were not changed. The breakfast was not good, the refrigerator was not cold, and the TV was old and couldn’t be used for anything.

Bad. I had my towel struck in the toilet but they wouldnt change it for me. They have the worst breakfast I've ever had in my life.

Very dirty hotel, almost impossible to communicate with the staff.
The room is full of hair and you almost feel to be in an abbandoned hotel, only good thing is the location. The payment with card took us 20min…I think we were the first customer using that payment method.

Rooms are nice and spacious. But when you take a closer look. There is lot of broken things example toilet door handle and toiled bidet shower etc. The room was not clean. If i walked in the room without shoes my feet bottoms got all black. The shower water temperature was uneven and changed from cold to very hot like non stop.

The hotel rooms are a gamble, and you'll only win as an obvious foreigner. I'm in the country to visit family on vacation, and we were so unfortunate to stay here. The door won't stop beeping unless we mess with the door's lock multiple times, and the handle is slightly sticky. The bathroom mirror has mystery stains all over it, and the shower/bath window looks like it hasn't been cleaned since day one. The bed sheets have hair in-between folds and on the bed as well. There's random stains (one which is faint but looks like either blood or feces) on the bedsheets too. The walls are also thin and have various stains too. By the fridge, there seems to be mold or some sort of stain too. To say I am disappointed is an understatememt, but I am not surprised. They care about looking good for foreigners but reality is shameful.

Edit: Found more stains after lifting the whole bedsheet in attempts to find a clean spot to sleep on, found more stains that are brown spots. No matter the size or faintness, these sheets should have been replaced. Dirtiness of any kind in the hotel business is negligence.
