Sapa Hidden Gem Hotel & Spa in Sapa

The hotel and the rooms are good.
But we got the impression that the owner wants to rip as much money off you as possible.
The water bottles we found in the rooms were charged .50 $ without any sign and the laundry service was charged somehow randomly 2$/kg, which is ridiculously higher than everywhere else.
Furthermore, he sold us a pretty easy 3 hour tour to the Love waterfalls for 25$, which was totally overpriced in the end, being much shorter than initially told.
The worst thing he did was booking our bus ticket, giving us no information at all, except the departure time. The worst thing is that we asked him if he could book specific seats for us in the sleeper bus, which he said he did. Ultimately and unfortunately that was not the case, making us (5) sit scattered around the bus.
Just not good...
