The room is full of wood smells, so relaxing.
They should provide better breakfast and firm mattress. The soft mattress is terrible for my back.

Cozy hotel in a very quite place. The rooms and hotel hall are decorated with natural stone, wood and oriental jeweleries of local national menorities. There is also a fireplace in the hall, so guess that it can be used in winter. The view on the mountains suppose to be great but unfortunately it was quite foggy, so couldn't enjoy it.
The room was good. Big bathroom with clean towels, some toiletries and really hot water. The room by itself is very spacious, with some free water, tea, sugar.
If you come earlier than check-in hour, there is an option of an early check-in for extra payment. If you don't want to pay, just leave the bags at the check-in counter and explore Sapa till 12:00

The ambience of this hotel is excellent, comfortable lobby playing with relaxing music. Their restaurant is great as well which offer delicious meals. The staffs here are friendly. I stayed here 1 day on my birthday, and surprisingly the hotel prepared roses to me upon check in, feel so touch on this. Recommend this hotel with reasonable price.
We stayed the night as bought a trekking tour in Sa Pa. The room was huge and the bed was massive and very comfortable! There's a safe to put your valuables, 2xwater bottles and bananas. The only problem was the bathroom, it was quite dirty and there seemed to be a small leak next to the toilet as there was a puddle. The view from our room was horrible it faced the back of a building full of overgrown bushes and lots of rubbish. The pool and communal showers were also dirty, there were no towels available and no staff at the counter to help. Also found quite odd seeing a staff member using those showers in the middle of their shift. Food was tasty, breakfast was nice and varied. Lunch was also good! Staff don't have very good English so quite difficult to communicate.
