There is not water in the bathroom, bedsheets towel and pillow are old and smelly. We ask Reciptionist to fix a water but it still not working, we have to run to other room to use a bathroom

Was told i was “upgraded” to a room with window, but turns out the room i was upgraded to was a room without a usable safe as it was “locked”, unable to open. the shower head holder was not available making it difficult to shower. Toilet was flooded after i took a shower. No proper drainage. Overall, felt like i was downgraded than upgraded. Didnt need the “window” room.

The place was good and it was clean.

This hotel is OK, but not every room. We stayed for 3 days. On the first day, we were assigned to a LV6 room. The toilet facilities were old and the water was weak. On the second day, we moved to a LV3 room, which was no problem. However, my room is only suitable for couples because the toilet is open and covered by a curtain.
