The ambiance and service were both excellent. A Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk was incredibly helpful. While the in-room facilities were a bit basic, the breakfast offered fantastic local specialties, and there's a fairly large swimming pool. We had a really bad experience with the hotel upon arrival. Facility was old, our room had a strong bad smell (maybe alchohol), bathroom and around the bed floor was dirty, could see the sticky smudge attaching to my socks. We chose the hotel for the location and a 5 star rating. But that was not how we expected. Although, the receptionists had really good attitude and was very helpful.

Great location right by the beach, and close to the night market. The hotel is a bit old, but the room was lovely, with a direct ocean view facing the beach – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. For a family trip, the outstanding service was definitely the highlight.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights with our little daughter. The access is good for strollers, and the elevator goes to all the necessary floors. It was absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. On our way out, the manager herself actually helped us carry out our luggages😍😍.  I think the only thing is the pool is too deep… I cant swim so I couldnt really enjoy it…

The best hotel! We booked a deluxe room with a sea view, and for Asia, it's a solid 10 out of 10. The renovation, cleanliness, and service - all perfect! The people at the reception are incredibly welcoming; they cheerfully exclaim "HOROSHO" (good) so genuinely. We definitely want to return to this hotel. I chose this hotel for my last night primarily because of its location. It's super convenient – the airport bus, shopping areas, and ATMs are all nearby. The staff were friendly, and the pool was lovely. Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay.

The bathrobes were stained, and I saw a cockroach in the room. It felt like my neighbors were living inside my room – there were so many noisy families with kids. The city view is only good because of the mountain. The pool is nice, but small. The massage was 400k, and it was average. I didn't try the food. There's a Highlands Coffee just around the corner.

I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. This hotel isn't good value for money at all. It's really not worth the price. It's pretty much on par with hotels in the area that cost around 300-400, but I paid almost 1000 and still got an inner-facing room. The service was also just okay; they didn't offer to help with luggage proactively.

I had a fantastic time and stay in this Potique Hotel which was surprisingly amazing. All teh staff was just very helpful, courteous and went all their way to assist me around. Not forgetting the breakfast spread was equally yummy and delicious. I have had my dinners in their Cafe which was already just great and DELICIOUS!! I will return to stay in this Potique Hotel again in the very near future

Normally I get a better room for this price in Vietnam. I think it's a bit overpriced, but not problems there

There are many hotels along Nha Trang beach, but this one is located on the outskirts, far from the city center. Getting around for meals requires taking a taxi, which is quite inconvenient. The room itself was decent, but the hotel was packed with Russians, and the breakfast was really bad.

This is my second visit. As expected, I've had an absolutely wonderful time and am leaving with the fondest memories. Is the 'luxury' tag something Trip.com just slapped on there themselves, haha? The room was tiny, with barely any space between the two beds. They promised a high floor, but we got the 11th, even though the top floor is the 26th. Breakfast was very average, and the location isn't great, but there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Pearl Island is right across the sea!

I spent two nights in this hotel. The location is fine, it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the beach. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The room was clean. The receptionist asked me to leave either my passport or $100 as a deposit. Prepare $100 if you don’t want to leave your passport the front desk.

I booked this hotel for my old father and he described it as luxurious. Good price, spacious room (I took the upgraded one since the price difference was ridiculous), delicious breakfast and attentive staff. Lots of places to dine nearby.
