I recommend this hotel. The receptionists speak Russian, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The breakfasts are excellent. Plus, there are 4 cafes nearby. It’s nice hotel for your whole family

I’ve got really big room, it had private balcony, two really big beds. They cleaned my room every day, also changed my towels every single day. Also I’ve got a bathtub which unfortunately I couldn’t use, case the pipe was broken. The hotel is quite clean, but there were many cockroaches in the bathroom.

Such an awesome staff. My soon to be x left her phone in a grab. After talking to a staff member he was able to find a number for grab in Vietnam and helped us locate the driver and her phone. She was so happy to get her phone back, it came when we were asleep. He charged for us and brought it to us at breakfast. Love the staff here more than my girlfriend.lol

If you need to be in the center, the location is pretty good. The pool is small but clean. Rooms are clean, not new, but decent for a budget stay. Breakfast is average. It's fine for a couple of nights, but I wouldn't want to spend a full beach vacation here. A big drawback I noticed was the long wait for the elevator.

I really enjoyed the location of this place. Everything you might need is nearby — shops, a pharmacy, and several nice cafes. Getting to the city center is very easy and takes only about 10 minutes by car. The view from the window was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. The facilities are really old-fashioned. The living room table felt like it was about to collapse, and the bathroom also had a very dated feel. In particular, I appreciated that there was no cigarette smell in the room, allowing for a pleasant stay. A good hotel for the price in the center of Nha Trang. You can't hear much noise from the nightclubs and it's very close to the sea and all the cafes, shopping centers, and so on. Cleaning was done every day, but the only thing was, they didn't change the bed linen once in 10 days, but they did change the towels, brushes, toothpaste, and combs every day. 😁 I highly recommend it!

We stayed at Melissa for 13 days. Everything was good, but the cleaning was poor. The bed linen was never changed the whole time we were there. In public areas, like the dining room, my flip-flops would stick to the floor because it was never washed. But I eventually stopped paying attention to it. I had a great stay. Daily housekeeping to ensure the room is clean. There is breakfast and a cafe just on the ground floor which offers tasty coffee. They allowed me to check in early with no fee. The wifi is great, I was able to work without issues throughout the week. I will definitely book again when I go back to Nha Trang.
