I previously wrote a review about a larger room. Then I moved into this smaller one. It's more modest, but overall, it has everything you need, and I was satisfied. It was cheaper, so the value for money was good. The staff is always present and always responsive.

Reception service very poor. Phoned for early morning call whoever answered couldn’t speak English and hung up had to go down to reception and ask. When asked about someone hanging up on me made an excuse it was automated service , he knew I knew he was lying and I called him out on it and he admitted and apologised. The hotel service was excellent, and the room was quite clean with daily housekeeping. There's a large shopping mall right next to the hotel, and the supermarket inside is huge, well-stocked, and affordably priced. For the cheapest water, the small convenience store across from the hotel is the place to go.

The room was spacious, but the soundproofing was poor, and it was too noisy at night. Kids in the next room kept prank-ringing our doorbell. The breakfast was quite simple, but the fruit was good. The only three-pin socket was by the bed, which wasn't ideal for business travelers as it made working difficult.

My time spent in this hotel was excellent!

It does not look like the pictures on Booking (same pictures, but probably 10 years old). Unfortunately, it is outdated. The gym does not work at all, apart from the dumbbells. Breakfast is OK but without many options.

We were amazed at how close everything was—from local food stalls to luxury spas—all within easy walking distance. It s the perfect spot to explore the city without needing transportation.

This is my second time staying here, and I liked it the first time so I decided to come again. This time I was assigned to a family room and was able to stay very comfortably. Another thing I like about it is that it has a bathtub. It was a shame that the weather was bad during my two-night stay and I couldn't use the pool.

Room with Seaview although it's at lower floor still can see sunrise at 5.30am. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious. Bathroom water pressure is strong.

location is very great! we stay here one day and a half. It is near by the beach and you can goto the mainstreet by grab. I paid about 3$-5$. Also there are two bathroom so, it was very useful. I think hydraulic pressure is not so good, but it was not that big problem when i get shower. The cost is very reasonable. So, if you need place for short stay, this place will be good for you!

Bathroom very dangerous, designed like a wet room however full bathroom floor fills with water following shower making floor towel not useful. Could be very dangerous. Beds comfortable. Good view from balcony. They allowed late check in (2:30am) due to it being when our train arrived which was very helpful.

Overall, it's just a mid-class hotel. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the beach. The service level of managers requires a little more training, but I felt like I was doing my best. The advantage of the hotel is the swimming pool located on the top floor. Be sure to use it if you have time.

The main advantage is the location! It's right across the road from AB Central shopping mall and Lotus. Only 5 minutes to the central beach. They provide 2 bottles of water. There are only 2 rooms per floor, so it's quiet. The room is clean and has a large wardrobe. For this price, staying 1-2 nights is perfectly fine!

I absolutely loved being a guest at this hotel! I stayed for 19 nights. My room had a fantastic view of the sea and the sunrise! It had both a window and a small balcony, perfect for fresh air and a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive. All is great! Cerebrolog loves it. Maybe a bit noisy street. But service nice, and all is clean. Fridge in a room okay. I check in late at night, they helped me okay. North of nha trang is better than center for me.

OK hotel, very suitable for family travel

I booked a hotel on agoda. The hotel is new and beautiful. The room is a delight, senior sea view on the 15th floor with sea views and a second floor-to-ceiling panoramic window overlooking the city. On the 17th floor there is a bar, sauna, hammam and swimming pool. Bar prices are very reasonable!

A very good and clean hotel. Some rooms have sea views. The only drawback is the noise from a nearby bar. But if you're looking for a place for a short stay, this hotel is more than suitable.

I recently stayed at Full House Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The room I rented was basic. Could be cleaner. Cheap, at £8 per night (240,000VND). Great location. The bed is firm but comfortable. Air conditioning. Do not expect a good view. Cotton bedding and towels provided. Kettle and refrigerator. Booked through AirBnB for a total of 7 nights.

Hotel 2 minutes from the beach. The location is very good. I stayed for a week in a not very large room but if you don't have many demands it's fine. The only complaint is the cleaning of the room which was not formidable. For the rest ok... They provide kettle and glass bottled water as well as a fridge. The washing machine is a bit expensive, 40.000vnd per kg.
