A very good and clean hotel. Some rooms have sea views. The only drawback is the noise from a nearby bar. But if you're looking for a place for a short stay, this hotel is more than suitable.

This place is full of contrasts! They greeted us warmly at first, even checking us in a little early, and even left water outside our door when I asked them not to disturb us. But getting back was more difficult; everything was cluttered with bikes, so I had to ask them to clean it up. The bed seemed fine, but the internet was slow, the furniture was old, and the icing on the cake—a large, fleshy cockroach...

I stayed here briefly before heading to the airport. The facilities were a bit dated, but I had a comfortable stay.

If you consider huge cockroaches as pets (3 in 4 nights), then everything else is very decent

It's not bad for a rest on a day when you arrive late at night. The location is good, but it's okay if you don't expect much for this price.

First of all, I was able to check in comfortably even at a late hour, and the staff was friendly. The air conditioner remote control didn't have batteries, but they took care of it right away. The room was clean. However, the Chinese person in the next room opened the door and lived there, and he was banging on my door like crazy, which was very scary.

The hotel has reopened after a period of closure. With an extremely convenient location in the center of Nha Trang city, there is a spacious parking area and tour guides. The hotel's address is on the main street and opposite the beach, yet is located in a small alley, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristic city. My room does not have a window. The room is not very soundproof but it is quite furnished. In addition, staff is very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to check in at 11.00. I am very happy with this hotel.

The hotel is in a great spot just across from the main beach but tucked away down a quiet alley. The room was comfortable and clean. It's a good place for a short orong stay.

Very decent hotel with all the basics. For the price you can’t really complain. Wifi is spotty and it’s okay building where reception is slightly weak.

In short, it's not bad, but the service is poor. We stayed on the 11th floor. The rooms are clean, bright, and quite spacious. Cleaning is done daily. The breakfast is average. It has meat, vegetables, fruit, tea, and coffee.

The hotel is very far from all the attractions. The room is large and the view is beautiful. The staff is very accommodating. There is a relaxation area where you can spend time. The breakfast is very poor; there is nothing to choose from, only soup or eggs. The sea is close by, so you can go for a swim. There is a good restaurant nearby.

It is an OK hotel, and I think it is not an 5 star hotel in my opinion. It could be a 2 star hotel in the guise of a 4 star hotel. The only major complaint I have is the weak airconditioning in my room. I am not sure if the airconditiing is maintained well as the air is not continuous or intermittent. For the price, I think it is reasonable. But it does not deserve a high rating.

This hotel is mainly visited by group tourists from other countries. It's difficult to walk to get to downtown. The staff is friendly, but they don't care about the Baang situation. The photo is of the sea in the distance seen from the room.

Above all, it is cheap and comportable. This hotel also support meal. Only limitation is that it is little far from main street. But slient and safe.

Hotel is nice, but there are a lot of people, so need to be fast to take good food for breakfast! There are 2 Sun lounger, which is definitely not enough! One day these 2 loungers had bees brush so the smell was Terrible smell of paint! There is primary school on the south west side across the seasing hotel, do be ready to get up at 7 a.m.!

Overall, this is a really good hotel to consider for your stay. The staff are consistently polite and friendly. The room is spacious, there was nothing that looked worn out or old. Mine had a beautiful sea view on the 18th floor. Breakfast has a good day-to-day variety. Location-wise, various shops, saloons, and cafes are considerably cheaper on average than in the city center.

Good hotel for the price. Nice location if you’d like to stay at the North of Nha Trang. Very good selection of food for included breakfast. Our room at 15th floor had an ocean view, slightly obstructed by a lower building. As for amenities- at the top 21st floor small smelly swimming pool, very tiny gym with almost nothing and closed sauna. But it had a few tall tables with chairs and it was nice...

It is pretty good compared to the price we pay. Breakfast buffet is really exceed our expectations, and the receptionist on the floor is very kind and friendly. The swiming pool is a cute little one, good for children.

Great hotel—I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling on a budget or visiting with family. The only downside is that you might hear church bells in the middle of the night (there are two churches close to the hotel) and school songs early in the morning. Cozy. Excellent Breakfast. Settled in the room a better grade than you ordered. The rooftop pool ( the robot cleans every day). Also on the roof you can order food at the prices and quality as everywhere in cafes ( often even better).

Overall the hotel is fine. Rooms are compact but the bathrooms are modern and spacious. The hotel is very centrally located for eating, drinking, shopping and beaching. One major let down was being forced to pay by cash at checkout. We rested at this hotel in aberela 2015. All arranged in principle. Breakfast is good for triples. Just did not like that we arrived two adults and a child 7 years old. Room ordered sootvestvenno 2+1, but let the ordinary with two beds. While they were investigating, decided to stay in this room, to triple translated. But everything else was good, the staff is friendly.

Nice hotel with two drawbacks. The first problem is that there is no shower curtain and the bathroom is totally flooded when you shower. You then have to spend time mopping up the mess with the towels provided for bathing. The composition of the floor is very slippery so if you don't mop it up, you will slip and fall. This hotel in located close to the market and within easy walk of the beach and most places in the city. Check-in is easy and the rooms when you arrive look clean. But the bathroom was not that clean, in the standard room there is a shower. The glass on the shower door was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in ages. Also we found a peace of tisuee or something on the floor in the shower that was dirty....

Saphia Hotel was an amazing experience. Great quality breakfast and the best ice cream just outside the front door. Room was very comfortable and shower was great. The pool had an amazing view over the ocean. Very handy to shopping and the night markets too.

Hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and services around but it is situated on the main road so it is a bit noisy there. My room was clean in general but there was old ugly wallpaper on the wall with dry worms there, torn curtains and bathroom is very small. We stayed in the hotel. Hotel itself was pretty nice. We checked in very quickly. Reception team is very helpful. Anytime we went asking for help they always helped us out. Although breakfast wasn’t good. Dining room smells bad in the morning. We don’t eat pork that’s why it was hard to choose any food. The only thing we could eat in breakfast was Bread cheese egg and pancakes 🥞 otherwise everything...

Central location with amazing seaview. Staff was nice including receptionists Tiên & Thơm, and kitchen staff. Breakfast was good. Beds are huge. I'd definitely go back.

Everything was good except for one very bad thing: the housekeeping staff took a guest's shirt. I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today. The hotel really needs to review the integrity of their housekeeping staff to avoid negatively impacting the hotel's reputation.

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

It's dirty, they clean it every day, but they never even washed the toilet... they just changed the towels, put the water on and slid a rag across the floor. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything, you can also hear it from the street, even with the windows closed. I don't recommend it. The view from the window and the location are great, but that's all the pros.

Friendly receptionist, especially Vy, the hotel let us leave our luggage early to wait until check-in time.

I stayed at this hotel due to personal matters, not for vacation, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. It was a last-minute booking during peak season, so the price was quite high. While the staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations. The room was not properly cleaned when I arrived—there was trash left behind, stains...

Extra hard beds and no separate shower. But it's still a very good value for a large family or group of friends. You can stay in 2-3 bedroom condos equipped with kitchen and washing machine. The location is not in downtown but it's across from a popular beach. Restaurants, bars, 24hr convenient stores, cafes are all located downstairs. If you want to go to Nha Trang Center it is only a 60k taxi...

Excellent hotel. The rooms are big. Purely. Towels were changed every day. And every day they brought toothpaste and soap and gels. The breakfast buffet is very varied. There are both Vietnamese and European dishes. You definitely can't leave hungry. The staff is smiling and polite. On the first floor is not a bad massage room.

It's very nice hotel. The beach is very near and just walking around 500m. You also buy many things at Cho Dam market ( very nearly 700m from the hotel)

Everything was pretty good, and it was great value for a one-night stay. I was surprised that such an inexpensive hotel offered a decent breakfast. Our room was good. Clean sheets, clean bathroom etc. My son stayed 2 nights and my wife and I extended the same room for 1 more night when we arrived. Everything easy. I got the room for a really good price. The location was fantastic. It’s near the beach. A close 5 mins walk and you’re by the beach. It’s also very central. Easy to get around. For the price, it’s really worth it. The room was clean and nice too!!
