Good location walking distance to city center and nice and helpful English speaking staff. Rooms are in good state, breakfast descent and simple. For couples I would recommend a different area. At night the area is quite rowdy.

Location: Good location near minimarts, restaurants and shopping center. Cleanliness: Hotel’s maids knocked your door every morning at 8 o’clock for cleaning. A good hotel with an excellent location close to all major tourist attractions

Basic service and facilities but clean, affordable and in the centre of everything. Ocean view is excellent. Aircon is good. Don't expect a full service hotel but good value.

I booked it on the last day to take a shower before leaving my luggage and going back, and I was satisfied with the cheap price and good location. It was not bad because there was a swimming pool. However, if your purpose is to stay, I do not recommend it.

This hotel is close to downtown Nha Trang and has excellent accessibility. Especially if you have an early morning flight, I recommend this hotel as you can take a shower or rest at a reasonable price before departing. The staff are also friendly.

Very good hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Very friendly staff. Issues are resolved promptly. The hotel rooftop offers a great view of the ocean. The only thing I'd add is more variety in the breakfast menu, as I was served the same food every day.

It was good hotel. Location amazing because beach and small restaurants are near, center of the city but not noisy. They clean room everyday if you asking. But they change bedsheets rarely only if you ask and they don't cleaning floors. I was there for 9 nights.

Staff are very helpful and competent. 3 room stars lost because the bathroom units need replacing, the street-side windows need double glazing to keep out the traffic noise, and the internet speed is 4Mbps which is unacceptable in a modern hotel. A hotel I went to for a short stay before going to the airport. It wasn't even at the level of a motel. The advantages were the surrounding area, the night market, and the proximity to the sea.

It is located in the center of Nha Trang right in front of the night market, and is the best value for money accommodation. The restaurant with the hotel is also great, and everything is nearby.

Nice hotel, but very noisy if you stay in lower floors

This isn't our first stay here; we always make sure to book a room with a sea view. The stunning views are undoubtedly the hotel's biggest draw. While other aspects like service and cleanliness are secondary, they are still perfectly satisfactory.

Overall, it's good, but be prepared for constant noise. Locals sing karaoke right under your windows in the evenings, and then at 4:30 AM, they start what sounds like an exercise routine with energetic music. The balcony door does not block out this noise. We weren't informed that the minibar isn't included in the room rate and needs to be paid for separately at checkout. Another disappointment was...

Central location with amazing seaview. Staff was nice including receptionists Tiên & Thơm, and kitchen staff. Breakfast was good. Beds are huge. I'd definitely go back.

Everything was good except for one very bad thing: the housekeeping staff took a guest's shirt. I lost a shirt, but I had to go home to double-check if I had simply forgotten it, which is why I'm only leaving this review today. The hotel really needs to review the integrity of their housekeeping staff to avoid negatively impacting the hotel's reputation.

We liked the hotel; we stayed for three days. They upgraded our room to a large two-room suite. There's a Sapphire restaurant nearby, lots of cafes, and a stunning sea view. On the downside, I'd note the poor breakfasts.

It's dirty, they clean it every day, but they never even washed the toilet... they just changed the towels, put the water on and slid a rag across the floor. There is no soundproofing at all, you can hear everything, you can also hear it from the street, even with the windows closed. I don't recommend it. The view from the window and the location are great, but that's all the pros.

Stayed here twice. First time solo, second - with a friend. Both times were quiet so I guess the walls are soundproof. Air conditioning works properly. Both times booked a sea view and it was brilliant. You can watch people doing water activities, sunbathing.
