Gega Hotel in Gagra

We spent 2 weeks in August on holiday. The hotel is on the last street from the beach. It's a 15-minute walk, even longer with small children. The rooms are cleaned every 3 days, in the suite they only washed when you asked. The stairs in the hotel were dirty, they were swept only once during the whole stay. Shampoo and gel are only provided on the first day. The breakfasts were great - pastries, cheesecakes, croutons and much more. In general, there was a large selection, but then they changed the cook and everything became sad. The porridge was liquid and not tasty, all the goodies also ran out. In the suite, for some reason, the TV hangs in front of the closet, firmly attached to the wall. To watch it, you need to climb into the closet, you can't see it from the sofa. In a simple room, the chair that was supposed to serve as a bed was broken. The child's legs were hanging. We had to put a suitcase under the lower part. The lock did not work, the door slammed without a key, you can only open it with a key. We asked to repair it, they said that they informed the repairman, but no one came within 2 days. And there were children in the room. My husband had to climb into the lock himself and fix it.
There are no dishes in the rooms, only disposable glasses. The kettles are scaled. The dishes are only in the dining room, but they are not given, moreover, there are tables on the veranda where you can sit, there are 2 thermos pots, but with the arrival of the new head of the dining room, they began to turn their taps to the wall so that they do not use them. You have to bring your own kettle from the room. There are cold drinks in the bar. The prices are not much higher than in the store.
It is possible to wash at the hotel, one load is 200 rubles. We paid, gave it to the wash, returned everything dirty. They said the machines are bad. We had to ask to re-wash, the second time they have already returned the washed
The pool is cleaned every day, but we could not avoid enterovirus. The territory is well-kept.
The attitude of the staff towards visitors is cold, reserved, if you ask something, they will answer, prompt (not like we are used to friendly faces and smiles.)
If you catch rotavirus, keep in mind that a drip for tourists will cost 1500 rubles, not 100 rubles (as we were told at the reception).
