A good hotel. We stayed there with our children two years in a row. Hearty, delicious breakfasts, a pool, a sauna, a market, and a supermarket nearby. The linens are changed regularly. We really liked it.

I'm still upset, they ruined my holiday. We came here for my birthday. When we booked, they originally said 10,000 rubles a day, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. We arrived and upon check-in, they asked for 11,000 rubles, no Wi-Fi, and no electricity or water in the morning. The receptionist replied that this is normal and happens often. When I asked how they would prepare breakfast, they replied... "We prepared it yesterday." My mood was ruined, my birthday was over, and I'm upset that I fell for these charlatans!
And when I checked in, I noticed the SUP parked at the entrance. I happily asked if I could rent it out, "I'll take it, I want to go for a spin," but the manager rudely and curtly replied, "No, that's my thing!" Customer service is unheard of here! Zero service!

I recently returned from a trip to Abkhazia. I stayed in Pitsunda at the FREEDOM Hotel. I was very pleased. It's not for nothing that Abkhazia is called the land of the soul! The hotel owner, Stanislav, and the receptionist, Milada, are hospitable and very friendly. They are always ready to promptly resolve any issues that arise and are ready to help in any situation.
The hotel offers a high level of service. I was pleasantly surprised by the heated floors (always a comfortable temperature), the wonderful heated pool with sunbathing on the veranda (both indoor and outdoor), the cozy, modern rooms with everything you need (fridge, kettle, TV), the dining room on the 3rd floor, and the quiet and warm atmosphere that permeates the hotel.
The hotel's location is also excellent: close to the market, the large Olimp supermarket, and the sea (pleasant morning strolls along the shady, well-kept streets). The peace and quiet are also excellent. The pricing matches the level of service.
Therefore, I give it a solid 5 stars on all counts. I would be happy to return to this hotel again and recommend it to you.

Clean, comfortable, there is a warm pool, the room is spacious. The price tag is too high in the season-3500 triple.
On the 3rd floor there is a dining room with breakfasts at 300 rubles per complex. The food is delicious.
Of the minuses, there is not enough ventilation. The bath smells mildew. The room is humid. The air conditioner saves.
There is nowhere to dry things on the ground floor! And this is a big disadvantage.
They give you a dryer, but put it only in your room.

Very comfortable bed! The room is clean with a kettle and TV. Service at the highest level! And the indoor pool and sauna are separate 5 stars !!!! Definitely the best hotel for a winter getaway! 😉 ♥ ️

We are pleased with the hotel. It is always clean, at a convenient time they clean the room, the linen is fresh. There is a bar.
