I booked the hotel for 5 days , €800 . When I arrived to do the check in they told me to pay 150€ more, which I didn’t because I thought I was being robbed. I didn’t even slept that night and still they charged me €160. Big liars and not professionals.

My parents traveled from London. We had booked weeks in advance through email. Was written many times all inclusive. My parents went today and the were treated so badly from the staff saying they eated to much therefore they had to pay more. As my father showed them the email, their excuse war that someone from the staff did a mistake and they were not all inclusive. No apologies, only bad behaviour. They charged my parents for the night as they were not going to stay any more in that place. 160 € for sleepinf and having lunch(2 people). My parents felt so bad and so unsafe that they left the room without sleeping there at all. It was shameful. You are robers. Its such a shame that after being 2 years away from Albania this was there experience( my parents are 70 years old and were completely alone there. Shame!!! Dont go in that place.

Bad experience! When paying by card, the price is higher by 3% for accommodation and 10% in the restaurant. The mirror in the toilet is unusable, water is leaking from the shower faucet, the furniture is old... Only excelent location and friendly staff.

no services, no smiles nothing! I've been going through this for years, renovation of the beach bar in 2023 but no shower on their beach since last year and I just came back from there and still no shower on their private beach!!!. the bosses are really not nice and the staff are really not good either. the dishes are not good at all. a hotel known for years it is time for people to boycott this hotel. when it's 40° and you're looking to cool off, no water, no shower and you pay for your tickets and there's no respect when you ask them for the slightest thing.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Kvalité på service och mat. Läget var mycket bra, nära till strand, livsmedelsbutiker, restauranger o annat dylikt.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Location is awesome and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and most importantly clean. Couldn’t wish for a better place to stay. Really recommend paying a visit

This is the best hotel from what I have stayed in Albania. The location was perfect, beach front, which was very relaxing and quiet. Everything was perfectly clean and neat and the staff was very helpful and kind. The cuisine was my favourite, the meals were fresh and delicious. I had an amazing stay and will come again in the future.

The hotel is one of the best in the area, efficient services, good cleanliness, staff always friendly and always available. Excellent breakfast. Splendid sea a stone's throw from the hotel. Sore point: in May we had booked a sea view room paid in advance but upon arrival we were informed of a room exchange with one without a sea view. The reception justifies itself by stating that it sent us an email informing us of the room change which I verified was not true. They cunningly "privileged" other people to my detriment (I was Italian!!). And then, the one with a sea view costs more than the one WITHOUT a sea view.? So change yes; but on par: SEA VIEW WITH SEA VIEW. Instead it was SEA VIEW WITH WALL LIFE. They have not been corrected.
