Be aware of.... . I do not understand how the bar and its waiters have 72% positive review. But, anyway, for me and my cousins, we had a terrible experience with the waiters and the owner also. All of them made mistakes after mistakes not only they did not give us any menu to look and see what the bar had to offer, but they did not tell us the price of what we ordered, and they could not provide us with the receipt that includes the charges of drinks and taxes. From the discussion that we had with the owner, we understood that the restaurant was working without register and on top of all of this they thought that we were foreigners which means that this place does not respect anyone, steals and cheats from the honest customers with high prices, bad service, and unprofessional from top to bottom. This entity does not deserve any stars, likes, or approvals on the customer service in the food and beverages industry.

Bad Choice
The service at the beach bar is very slow. Unfortunately, the dishes and cocktails are tasteless. We had a lot of problems paying because the Pos device did not work. They only accept paper euros as currency(nonsense). There is loud music until midnight. Employees are inexperienced and indifferent. Beach towel 2,50 eur is paid. The officer in the night shift tried to get paid by being rude to us even though we didn't use the mini bar. We preferred this hotel by looking at its score, but we regretted it very much.

I booked the hotel for 5 days , €800 . When I arrived to do the check in they told me to pay 150€ more, which I didn’t because I thought I was being robbed. I didn’t even slept that night and still they charged me €160. Big liars and not professionals.

My parents traveled from London. We had booked weeks in advance through email. Was written many times all inclusive. My parents went today and the were treated so badly from the staff saying they eated to much therefore they had to pay more. As my father showed them the email, their excuse war that someone from the staff did a mistake and they were not all inclusive. No apologies, only bad behaviour. They charged my parents for the night as they were not going to stay any more in that place. 160 € for sleepinf and having lunch(2 people). My parents felt so bad and so unsafe that they left the room without sleeping there at all. It was shameful. You are robers. Its such a shame that after being 2 years away from Albania this was there experience( my parents are 70 years old and were completely alone there. Shame!!! Dont go in that place.
