Fabulous hotel, very very clean, food was good, rooms were spotless and the maid service was great. Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area. For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Vivas. Luciano was exceptional in his service delivery, he wore a smile always, and was happy to help. Stunning clean room with power shower, good breakfast, pool and pool bar great! Comfy bed was like ours at home! The highlight to finish the beach bar the best on the front in Duress you'd think you was in Caribbean! Music dancing till late, fun laughter...

Good: clean, nice cleaning and restaurant service Bad: awful food and drinks, can’t use or sit at the beach bar as all inclusive option, Dirty city/ area and beach, broken toilet sit in the room, dirty water in the pool. I would not recommend this place for all inclusive holidays. Fine for short stay without food option.

Zamawiasz gin dostajesz raki ,whisky - raki , wódkę - raki .......... etc . tylko w innej barwie . Posiłki niewyszukane , powtarzalne , mierne . Lody , przekąski nieosiągalne . Brak jakichkolwiek animacji i atrakcji...

Very nice hotel. Indoor pool was lovely. Room had all the amenities yiu would expect from a 5 star hotel. Spotlessly clean. Menu for the restaurant was not presented in a 5 star manner.Mine was actually dirty and well used. Staff were all lovely and work so hard to make your stay pleasant. I would stay here again

The hotel and staff are so nice, when I booked the hotel wasn’t too happy about it wasn’t expecting much but was blown away by the quality of service I got. Only thing is their bathroom is quite small but the hotel was amazing didn’t want to leave my birthday decoration was very beautiful they made me feel special and the staffs kept complimenting me.

Hotel in the position in front of the sea and excellent horrible the wellness center with a swimming pool impossible to use it as it has neither steps nor a ladder to go down incomprehensible fact never seen in all the swimming pools used all over the world. The outdoor pool is very large with a small one for children, but unfortunately also this impossible to use as all the ladders instead of steps...
