Great place to visit. Not sure if because its off season or if its the way in Albania but there was no sense of urgency from anyone. We ate once in the restaurant and the food was okay, it was very quiet so you would have thought the service to be better. Breakfast buffet starts at 730am but all the hot food was cold by 830 and clearly not cycled through for hygiene so just be careful.

A 10/10 for this magnificent hotel. Everything is there for a pleasant stay.

Fabulous hotel, very very clean, food was good, rooms were spotless and the maid service was great. Only downside would be the amount of work going on in the area but obviously this is to improve the area. For a 4-star hotel, there was little variety in the food... from breakfast, lunch and dinner, in the "all-inclusive" format. The AC in the room sometimes malfunctioned, but the cleanliness was good and the beach and pool were excellent. If I return to Albania I will not stay at this hotel.

Everything is very taste. The food is so delicious and the service is exellent. Our children likr do much the soups that eat. The view is so relaxed and a good weather. Our children plays with toys and laugh so much. Thank you, we are having a wonderful time with our children.

Bit weird to drive on a bike path to get to the parking area though plenty of parking and free. Check in was sime enough and staff were friendly enough. Pool was not open due to an issue which was a shame. Room was comfortable enough though air con was locked at 24C. A lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Durres that has prime access to the beach, two pools, a spa area that’s included and great breakfast. The staff were very nice and always happy to help, the hotel itself is beautiful and the spread at breakfast is delicious. I only wish I came in warmer weather to swim in the outdoor pool.

Pros: the rooms were amazing and comfy and top rated. Brewkfast was marvelous and delicious. Fron side by the beach amazing. Cons: spa terrible we got eye iches the water was so chemical, pool is for kids but hotel has limitted time which I do not like it as my priority is my kids. Also the floor in the pool is very dangerous be careful.
