Will definitely return! Amazing vibe! We loved this hotel so much! Wished we had a longer stay! It’s close to everything downtown and the ambiance of the hotel is unlike any other! From the heated floors in the bathroom and soft jazz playing when the lights were on, to the comfortable bed and beautiful decor, we just couldn’t get enough of this hotel!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful...

Loved this hotel! We loved this hotel! It is right in the city centre so ideal for us to stay at while visiting friends. Everything was lovely and gowns and slippers in our room was a nice extra

Envy Hotel in Durres was an excellent choice. It was elegant, the staff we helpful and friendly and the location was in the heart of a trendy neighborhood. The concierge, Meri was very friendly, respectful and welcoming

The thing that really set this hotel apart was the staff, however. They really went out of their way to help us and provide the best experience possible. It was a real pleasure to stay here

Staff are Top Notch We really enjoyed our stay at the Envy Hotel. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the promenade and historical sights

Excellent Hotel. Highly recommend. The person at the reception was very helpful. It is city centre, all amenities are nearby.

The room not the biggest one, however comfortable with twin of king bed. In the room also is small work desk. The room is not provided with the coffee facilities, however the cattle is available as well as small fridge

Friendly staff is ready to help if needed. It should be noted that not all staff fluently speaks English, but this does not create a language barrier as there are at least one of the staff speaking fluently English

Stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all really friendly, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the housekeeping staff did a great job. Lovely rooftop terrace with great views

From the hotel within walking distance is Port and waterfront walk way. Toi the hotel is attached a restaurant can be accessed via hotel entrance or from the street

Excellent service and hospitality from the staff, clean and well equipped hotel with a great breakfast buffet! I do think the beds are a bit on the hard side, and the elevator makes quite a loud "ding"

The service was top! I needed a chair for showering because I can’t stand, so they got me one right away. Whenever I had a questions or a request I got the help that I needed

Very nice sunsets, and a plus that you have your "own" beach where it is free to use sun loungers. A bit of a busy road, so our room that was facing the road was quite quiet

I recently stayed at Aragosta Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile

The hotel's in a great location, very close to the entrance to the city (big sculpture) and also very close to the beach, like a 2-3 minute walk

Even if the previous guest did dispose of it, you should still check and prepare the room properly for the next guest. For us, it’s not about the extra money we paid for the drinks, but the fact that we were not informed

Hotel was excellent in all regards. Nice rooms, free breakfast, great location. Only had 2 problems: - private parking lot was blocked by cars, forcing us to park in a pay lot 1/2 km away for several hours

Since it was in the room, we assumed it was included in the price, as there was no note indicating it was extra. When we came to check out, they told us the drinks from the mini-bar were charged

We said we didn’t know they were extra, and they replied that it was noted in the room. I personally went back to the room to check, but there was no note

When I told the reception that there was no note, they said that the previous guest must have thrown it away

When I tried to explain that we could not park, the reception person did not understand our problem. After 1600 hours, we were able to enter

Very nice hotel in the centrum, everything on walking distance. There’s space for your (rental) car which they can provide you a rental for with car drop en pick up at the hotel

I liked a beach a bit further, so I walked 20 minutes to that beach, across the hotel on the right is a beach as well but I liked the other one more. You could get a bike rentail or so but a small walk is not that bad

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable with good A. Very close to the sea and a quiet beach. Lots of places to eat and drink in easy walking distance

Probaly best location to have since you can cross the bridge and within a few min you reach the beach. Very friendly staff takes the time to have smalltalk. The lady of the hotel is a very kind soul

After a long search of places we had not been we both agreed we'd try Albania,and we're glad we did. The hotel was central to the town and beach,yet in a quiet location

The staff were warm and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better — right on the main road in the city center, close to tourist attractions, and just a short walk to the promenade

But the real highlight of our stay? The food! Breakfast was absolutely amazing — a generous, fresh selection with something for everyone, from delicious pastries and fruits to local specialties that gave us a perfect start to the day

The rooms were modern,bright,immaculate and well laid out. Breakfasts were plentifull and a good varity. The staff were friendly and very helpfull,we were 3 hours early for check in and it was no problem

The man who showed up at the reception at night was in a sleeveless shirt, with his hair standing up, and he didn't understand a word of English. The only people who spoke English were the reception girls

I have stayed at Hotel Kristal twice. The rooms are very clean , comfortable & well decorated. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide range of choices. Location is perfect for the beach , shops & restaurants

Arrived on 29 Dec 2025 and checked in and got my room straightaway with the help of my tour rep Dennis, lovely sea view and weather was lovely - had the same room when we came back on 2 Jan 2026 Breakfast is adequate and staff were very helpful

We came in last minute without a reservation and the rooms were nice for 4 people, big enough so you can enjoy a goodnights rest. The showers were spacious and it had both cold and hot water

The employees and especially the receptionist. The breakfast was diverse and long enough for sleepy people to catch it

My favorite, the collection of the famous albanian painter Ibrahim Kodra ( il MAESTRO di Brera Milan, the last Picasso). Furthermore, this hiden gem is surrounded with green and flowers, incredible relaxing and charming

Super clean and the breakfast was amazing, last but not least, here you are two steps from every must visit place in Durres. Highly recommend this place especially for holiday or businesses travel, couples and families

A 3 star hotel in the center of Albanian city Durres. Rooms are very clean with air conditioning, TV and free wifi. 4 bed room with buffet breakfast and parking in the middle of the season cost only 60 euros

Had a lovely and safe stay with very friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the beach. The sea view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!.

A very nice hotel, with a good location close to everything in Durres. The beach, which is not very nice, is only 5 min away, the amphitheater is 2 min away, and the center is just behind the corner

I discovered this small hotel by chance while trying to find a place for the night. The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated and made me feel at home almost instantly

Staff that I encountered during the several times I was in and out of the hotel vas very professional and courteous

Hotel Lido offers a pleasant stay in an area very close to the city center. You will need 10 to 15 minutes to reach the pedestrian area with restaurants located right next to the sea

Nothing super special, but it had everything a hotel room should have. The building is interesting with a lot of personal decor. It is in a main part of the city without being purely tourist (like it is along the beach)

We got in very early (830 am) and came to drop off our bags and tour the town for the day, and since a room was available, we were allowed to check in (5 hours early!!). The woman working the desk was fantastic

We speak English, but between her very good Italian and our survival level Spanish and Portuguese, she managed to help us understand access to the building, WiFi password, facilities, and check out time

There were some noisy kids in the neighborhood, but that happened during after school hours and is hardly the fault of the hotel. What really stood out was the service

Nice hotel. If You want a beach, walk 15-20 minutes north. You will see a white fish-restaurant (it’s good) that looks like a boat. Continue 100 meter and You will find a good beach.

The hotel is very central,close to the sandy beach ,The sea was warm but had algae,more in the afternoon. Durres is not clean,the garbage bins,10 in a row in places had no lid on,the smell in that heat was very strong

First time in Albania,so Durres seemed a good choice,not too far from the airport. Blue taxi was reliable and resonable priced,we recomend it

The rubber from the shower door was coming off,the support of the toilet paper was not stable and it fell everytime we touched it,the fan from the bathroom in the next room, left on by the peole sleepingt there,was so loud we could not sleep one night,We informed the reception and I hope they made a note,and things were fixed

Thank you again Amy! The night I could not sleep because of the noisy fan, I wanted to talk at the reception and ask for another room to sleep in for the night, I went downstairs and to my surprise the gentelman that was on duty at night,was fast asleep on the couch behind a column

The food was niceley arranged,so were the tables but you could not stay anywhere,because the lady preffered the first part of the room,wehre there were napkins and sugar, no salt or peper anywhere,things that were missing on the other tables

This is an amazing property and Facility. We ate at the Restaurant, used the Hammam and got a scrub. This was an enjoyable place right in the Center of the Action. Will stay here every time I am in Durres.

Basic but everything we needed. Asked for blanket n received straightaway! Staff are polite but not over friendly in my experience. Breakfast is adequate and the location is perfect for beach n exploring Durres

The weather is gr8 so we booked in for a few more days! Keep in mind the price you are paying n maybe a please n thank you in there language wouldn’t go unappreciated. Enjoy your budget holiday!!!

Dinner is a set menu and again adequate but for the price I’ve paid for half board I would not have the cheek to complain
